went into store yesterday about getting a bedroom floor vinyl,Steve was very helpful and informative for what I needed and gave great customer service.

Good customer service explained what I needed to know. I knew what I wanted and got advice about underlay.

Liked the set out of the Hartlepool store, the lady in there was very helpful and took care of all of my requirements providing advice for the room i required a carpet.
The fitters were friendly and efficient and didn't complain about my poor coffee making skills and Simon the manager has been nothing but helpful in sorting out the roll end carpet I needed for a smaller area

Edit within 3 hours of my review the store manager picked the rug up trimmed it and got it rewhipped within 2 days and redelivered

From start to finish the service was great Simon was very informative and professional. I was pleased with my choice of carpets and also the special offers was a bonus.

This is the first time we have used the Hartlepool Store and can say - it has been a great shopping experience.

The Store Manager (Simon) was very easy going and helpful. We were looking for a floor solution and were pleased when Simon told us that he would survey our floor prior to the fit. His high level of experience stood out. The survey was a first for us, but it really did help us to understand why previous solutions were not highly successful. We also seperately met the store surveyor who checked all the measurements of our kitchen floor. Simon assured us that the guys who fit these solutions are very professional, which gave a good level of reassurances and confidence about the fit.

The guys who fitted the floor solution arrived yesterday and within minutes it was more than apparent that they were very well versed and very well organised, as they set about their work. The end result is absolutely fantastic!

Going forward, we will visit the Hartlepool Carpetright store when needing a similar solution. It would be difficult to walk passed it now!

I would wholeheartedly like to thank Simon and his team. It really has been a great experience!
