I’ve now purchased 3 used cars from Carscene and couldn’t be happier. My latest is a VW Golf, two months after I took delivery the engine management light came on. Thinking I had some expensive work required, Carscene loaned me a vehicle whilst they fixed the issue under their warranty. Now have the car back working perfectly. Customer service at its best.

Bought from Carscene, just after Christmas. Dealt with Kevin who was extremely helpful, arranged collection from the station. The car was described perfectly and was even better than I had hoped. A great buying experience and I will definitely be returning.

This is our 4th car from Carscene and we keep coming back because of the excellent service we receive. After discussing the merits of various cars, our latest purchase is a Renault Scenic, which is proving to be a great, practical family car, that fits our needs perfectly. Kevin and his team are knowledgeable, honest and supportive.

Good points. No pressure sell and will let you test out varied cars you may want to purchase. Will put right some problems not all. Will give you a courtesey car. Bad points. My car poorly prepared , sill and wheel arch damage not easy to see but refused to repair, rust on roof but rectified. Blown speaker and back bumper slightly out not rectified. Claim service been done no paper work to verify this eventhough I have asked twice and service clock says 8600 miles to next service. Promised £20 of fuel with car , I had just enough to get it to a garage. Worsed prepared car ever purchased this is number 33 so I have experience of how a car should be presented

Selling fleet cars and stating one owner car, A fleet car is the same as a hire car, various amounts different drivers through its life. Avoid, untrustworthy and when challenged on this matter, simple told we would have told you it was a fleet car, which in fact i was told one carefull lady driver, until the v5 turned up on my door step and on further investigation by peeling their company details sticker off the number plate, the truth was there all along, I paid 2000£ over what I should have done !!!! But more importantly they quote how they are a family run business, but more than happy to lie to their customers, who then are putting their young family mdmbers in these cars!,,,, This company needs to be thoroughly investigated for breaking of consumer rights act for starters and also what MOTS are they carring out on site? Legit really, somehow I dont think so..... shocking example of the motor industry, Advise to go somewhere else trustworthy. Should be shut down with immediate effect!

Great at selling you a car, terrible if something goes wrong. The manager is rude and couldn’t care less about his customers. Faulty cars are a theme, and you’ll have a fight on your hands if this happens to you. Autotrader reviews and the ones of their website aren’t genuine, as they can vet them first. Anyone who’s had a faulty car from them needs to report this to Trading Standards.

This dealer is knowingly selling a faulty car. I paid a mechanic £130 to check a car over on this lot, when I went back to the dealer with all of the serious faults listed, the dealer didn't want to know and put the phone down on us. They are still selling the car on autotrader knowing the faults are there and not disclosing them. They made the mechanic wait over 4 hours to get the car off the forecourt for a test drive, now I know why... Tried to leave bad feedback on Autotrader, but the dealership chooses what they want to publish or not publish, so buyers beware.
