My product was a different product than…
My product was a different product than the one I choose. Apparently there was none is stock.if i had given the choice i would of cancelled. Instead i was left with a product that was faulty. The process o returns was inappropriate. I wasnt able to fill out the electronic returns form. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend anyone uses their products. Very poorly manufactured!!

However, we do require the returns form (which you can get from our returns page) to be filled and sent back to us for free returns shipping label. Once we receive the faulty product back, we can provide refund or replacement as per your preference.
We did not receive any returns form from you. We do wish to satisfy all our customer to the best of their needs but we cannot do this without their support. Please send us the filled returns form so that we can proceed with the return of your product.
