When it arrived I got in touch again to return it...multiple attempts. Never received another response. So no real customer service.

ALSO...the "crystal high quality" case I ordered arrived not as described. I received a cheap clear case that looked completely different, with the return address being: Pixfab Enterprises Limited, Unit 33, Albion Industrial Estate, Coventry, CV6 5PY

For those who don't know, Pixfab is one of the most popular phone case sellers on eBay, prices are much cheaper than what's sold on 'caseface'.

The image they used on their website seemed to be stolen from JETech's clear phone case sold on Amazon.

Everything about this website is fake. But don't worry, you can always do a chargeback with your bank.

I bought a cover and received the confirmation e-mail the day after. I got suspicious. I sent several e-mails, with no replies. The office where the address is advertised in ireland, doesn't exist. In 1 week, I received the cover.

Scam, unable to contact Irish or UK, emails are not valid.

Purchased a phone cover from case face, then had an issue with NFC/wallet payments on my phone. Vodafone technician confirmed the case is blocking the NFC signal. Cannot reach customer service, the UK and Irish email address bounce, and the contact us page throws an error.

A scam with lots of bots providing 5 stars. The company doesn't exist based on the address given on their webpage and the inabilty to contact them. Do not purchase from this website
