Caseface 

I ordered this case for my iPhone 14 Pro, and it arrived in just three days. It does exactly what I expected it to do.

The website could use better filtering options for narrowing down cases by phone model and color, which would save time browsing through hundreds of options. Still found what I needed eventually and the actual product quality makes up for the clunky navigation.

Bit pricey compared to generic cases you'd find on Amazon, but you do get what you pay for. The materials feel like they'll last, protective padding around the corners is thicker than I expected. Using it for three months now without any degradation.

Loaded the design tool on my phone and the interface kept lagging whenever I tried zooming in on details. Had to restart the app a couple times before getting the hang of it. The finished case works fine for protection but the whole ordering experience felt frustrating compared to how smooth it should've been.

Waiting two weeks, they say they are in Kilkenny, should have checked before hand but didn’t.
The eircode is a farm,not a phone case business or anything else.
Normally do better research before buying on line, didn’t this time. 🤬

A day after I wrote this review got a message from A Post, package getting ready for delivery. It’s coming from Hong Kong (From
HONGKONG YUNEXPRESS) So not an Irish company, it’s using a company registration number form a different legitimate company and a fake Kilkenny address.

The selection of cases for my Google Pixel is insane compared to other shops. I ended up buying two different designs because the customization options are so flexible. First one arrived within four business days, second took a bit longer but still under two weeks. No complaints about either product, they're both sitting pretty in my desk drawer as backups.

Ordered a custom case with my dog's photo on it as a gift. The whole process from design to delivery took just over a week. Picture came through sharp and the case itself feels substantial. My sister loves it and uses it daily without any issues so far. The payment went through smoothly and I got a tracking number straightaway.

Can't fault the build quality here. Polycarbon back with TPU sides, proper shock absorption. My mate has the same model and his is holding up just as well after four months of daily use. Worth the investment.

I never actually received my order and have had no response to email requests for an update. I should have checked here before ordering, but I see now that their Irish address (in Kilkenny) is not legitimate and this (in Ireland - caseface.ie) seems to be a scam. Would recommend you buy elsewhere, I have just thrown away my money

Do not deal with this company, they claim to be based out of ireland but their not. They will not answer any E- mails.

I've been using phone cases from various retailers for years, and I have to say this one sits somewhere in the middle price-wise but delivers way better quality than the cheaper brands I used to buy from Argos. The material doesn't yellow or crack like those did after a few months.

The case arrived damaged on my first order, so I contacted support and they sent a replacement within five business days at no extra cost. The new one has been solid for two months now. Customer service made the whole situation painless, which I appreciated given how quickly they turned it around.

When I first saw the custom design tool, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. But honestly, the final product exceeded my expectations completely. The colours printed beautifully and the TPU material feels premium in hand. I've had it for about six weeks now and there's zero wear on the design. Definitely ordering again for my iPad.

Supposed to be 2-7 days for delivery in Ireland but it has been 2 weeks without delivery. No response from their email except a canned response. Definitely wouldn't use them again.

Don't touch them, they claim to be based out of ireland but their not. Don't respond to any emails or website.

I had a terrible experience with Caseface. I ordered a custom phone case as a birthday gift for my partner, but I never received it. I was never given a delivery date, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I got no response. I even had to go to my bank to initiate a chargeback. I strongly believe this website is a scam—they're just taking people's money. In fact, the address they list on their site is actually up for rent—so they are using someone else's premises fraudulently. I just want to warn others—please do not trust this company

No confirmation email of the purchase, the case was never sent and no response to follow up email enquiries, my bank had to refund the amount. Who knows what's happening with this business ????

Ordered A phone case for my mom for Christmas. After more than 3 months still haven't received it with no response after several emails. Wouldn't recommend.

Genuinely impressive phone protection that delivers comfort and peace of mind. The case handles everyday wear easily, maintains access to all features and looks stylish enough to use without additional customization.

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Caseface.ie.

I ordered a phone case and a screen protector with standard delivery, which was advertised as arriving within 3 – 5 working days. However, it took over 8 working days for the package to arrive. When it finally did, the phone case was missing entirely, and the only item delivered - the screen protector - was snapped in half and unusable.

To make matters worse, there is no phone number available to contact customer service, so there’s no straightforward way to resolve the issue or speak to someone directly. This has been extremely frustrating.

Overall, very poor delivery time, incomplete order, damaged product, and no easy way to get support. I expected much better. If I could give 0 starts, I would.
