Efficient, excellent customer service
The online ordering process was simple and efficient and our new case arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had to return it because I'd ordered the wrong size. I was able to speak with a real person by phone (answered within seconds), and the returns process was also handled very well indeed. I will not hesitate to use Case Luggage again in future.

There are still caring and genuinely good young people out there.
Charitha made our experience great! We had purchased luggage locks for our backpacks. We are senior citizens-74 & 69 years of age. We didn’t listen to the salesman earlier and have him set our codes and out of the four locks we purchased one wasn’t set right. We told her we’d just buy another one and set it ourselves but she took control, resetting the ones we had and setting up the new one while giving us directions to possibly getting the miscoded one cleared so it could still be useful. She did this with kindness and good humor. This world needs more like her. We had a wonderful time finding her after being so being mixed up. Thank YOU Charitha!

Great customer service
I ordered a suitcase which arrived with a small scuff on it. I used the webchat feature and talked to a really helpful customer service agent called Simiran who was able to offer me a new case with collection of the scuffed one on the next day or a discount on the current case. I took the discount as I can cover the scuff with a sticker.
The service was really fast and approachable. I’d recommend dealing with Case Luggage.
Delivery was also fast!
