All worked smoothly, would highly recommend
They also offer a refurb option, but that was not appropriate for our old knock offs

The service from Castrads exceeded my expectations. I had a problem with the website and thought my original order hadn’t completed so I did it again and ended up creating 2 orders. The sales team spotted it and called me to confirm. Goods arrived on time carefully packaged. I would recommend this supplier to friends and family.

The customer support was excellent throughout the ordering process, with Nicola Marshall and Jo Egerton looking at photos and measurements to help me pick the right radiator size. Delivery was great, although nothing prepares you for how heavy these things are - dragging these upstairs is tough. But now it's installed, I'm dead chuffed, and it'll outlive me, and last for generations. Well worth it.

Great products and great customer service. I purchased a beautiful black cast iron radiator over two years ago. I had a small leak a couple of days ago which the plumber identified as an issue with the valve. I called Castrads to order a new valve. The response from Elisheba was first class, she was extremely efficient and polite, a replacement valve arrived within 24 hours, at no charge. I could not be more impressed.
