Massively dishonest company
Massively dishonest company and directors' board; pushing for prepayment during Black Friday and then immediately filing for administration leaving John Lewis to pick up the pieces, their former staff unemployed before Christmas and clients out of pocket to the tune of £1000s. Administrators are already working on it but given the fuzzy legality of the situation I hope authorities are also able to retrieve funds owed from the former directors. Anyone using their Fitzrovia clinic take heed.

To add insult to injury, they have just reopened their website to focus on their London clinic.

Dishonest business
John Lewis Kingston branch shut down. Owed treatment and money - seen one email so far with no information on how to recover the money. Cannot use at other branch as they have separated the business entity. Not very ethical as they probably knew the risk taken with JL Kingston. Even got text messages to buy more treatment before they shut down! Trading standards might be interested. I like my full refund now please as you been owing me since 2023. Business practice and ethics are shockingly low in this business. I would have expected to be contacted to provide alternate treatment at diff location or refund. As neither is done then it shows you have no intention to act honourably. Terrible business owners.

Humiliating, disrespectful and heart breaking
Humiliating, disrespectful and heart breaking.
The way i was treated was awful and now I'm getting ignored by the company. I was pressured to pay for a package and then they wouldn't give me a refund, which forced me to go through with the appointment anyway because they refused to give me my money back.
I was treated badly by the staff, i was in so much pain, my pain scale was at a nine, i was crying.
The staff just laughed at me while the other woman who was supposed to be looking after me was checking her make up in the mirror.
They treated me like i was less than human, no empathy what so ever.
Update: The management is refusing to call me or communicate with me, Anela Kosar is supposed to be talking with me like a person but instead she's refusing to answer any of my questions and I'm being ignored by the company.

Great before the staff left- would NOT go there now!!!
My review is in 2 parts... before my skinpen practitioner left, it was fantastic.
However, she and one of her colleagues have left the company and when i went to get a refund, they would not give it to me. Even though I had purchased my package based solely on having my treatment with that specific practitioner. i am so so disappointed in this unprofessional company and would not recommend at all, since the the 2 staff have left.

No response to my legitimate complaint
After purchasing a package of 3 x laser genesis and 3 x facials and then being informed on my way to the first appointment they no longer do this laser(??) But they told me they would give me a complimentary facial and offer of a refund.
Eventually they refunded less than a quarter of the amount I originally paid, which I consider to be unsatisfactory. From the amount that I paid, I have received only 1 facial from the package and zero laser treatments.
They now ignore all my email complaints, phone calls and messages.
I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience of Cavendish. They are clearly quick to take your money and do not deliver the treatments promised and then ignore all contact when you follow up with them.
The lack of professionalism from what I assumed would be a reputable company is appalling.

I had a great hydrafacial with Eleni.
My face felt incredibly clean and nourished afterwards and by the following day my skin was looking better with fewer blemishes.

Absolutely Unprofessional and Money-Oriented – Avoid at All Costs!
I’ve had an absolutely appalling experience with Cavendish Clinic. Since September 2024, I’ve been trying to book a simple laser hair removal appointment at their Kensington branch. For months, I was met with silence and complete disregard from their team.
Eventually, they booked me in at their Kingston branch for April, only to cancel last minute because of “maintenance issues.”
Not only have they wasted my time, but their complete lack of professionalism has also ruined the consistency crucial for effective laser treatment. Instead of offering any real solution, they tried to brush it off with a complimentary facial – laughable considering how much I’ve already paid and the hassle they’ve caused me.
After months of polite emails and zero proper follow-up, it’s clear that this clinic is more interested in taking your money than actually delivering the treatment they promise.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment — find a clinic that actually values their clients and respects your time and investment!

I have experience to the Hydrfacials …..the young therapist dragged the machinery over my face and I took the courage to question and complain about this - she was absolutely adamant that this is the normal process ……believe me my face today would not agree. I’m infuriated ……she’s actually permanently aged me …….Im so upset and annoyed that I should have had the courage to stop the procedure ….we put our lives and trust in the hands of your highly trained therapists who
we believe are experts and the reality is so far from the truth - I’m very angry and upset you really need to check your staff and give clients the assurance to what to expect from the facial -forget us signing a disclosure….where’s yours …..please provide details to the facial in advance so we are all protected. I want a step by step disclose so I can question what’s not acceptable with confidence. A very dissatisfied traumatised customer

My experience with Cavendish has been nothing but positive! I came in wanting emsculpt neo but Marta was very honest and said im not ready for this treatment and suggested I should start with the Coolsculpting, I was abit hesitant because of the price but I’ve seen the results I need in just 2 sessions

Poor service for the price
The lady was lovely and polite but the service for the price was poor. Supposed to be a platinum hydrafacial for an hour and 15 minutes and was about 45 mins. My skin was better but definitely was not a platinum hydrafacial as I had platinum hydrafacial elsewhere.

So I was called in for complimentary service after my first experience. This time I had my hydrafacial at Sloane Square and the staff and experienced was very pleasant. Aida did my hydrafacial treatment. She was very relaxing and friendly. I have to thank Martha from Fitrovia branch, who called me to arrange this and rectify my previous experience. Don’t waste your time here
Honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any clinic. They care only about taking your money — once you pay, you’re on your own.
It all started when I came in for a consultation — done not by a medical professional, but by a sales person with absolutely no qualifications. She insisted I must buy 8 sessions of Airsculpting to see wanted results (even though I’m already slim). I trusted their “expertise” and paid upfront.
At my first actual appointment with a practitioner, I was immediately told that because of my low body fat, they can’t even do 8 sessions — maximum 4 but even that she was skeptical (which I appreciated the professionalism). Imagine paying for 8 sessions of something and then being told it’s not even suitable for you? No refund, of course. I was told refunds aren’t possible — only clinic credit. So now I was left with a big prepaid balance and basically no choice but to use it. The practitioner recommended EMTONE instead, saying it might help, and I kinda had no other option but to agree — plus another £420 on top to start that treatment.
But the worst part is how they treat people after you’ve paid.
I booked my last 4 EMTONE sessions weeks in advance because I told my practitioner I was moving abroad and wouldn’t be back for months. Yet — the day before (less than 24 hours) until my last 4th appointment — they tried to cancel on me because their practitioner was sick. They called me 4 times, one call even asking if I can come to the clinic in 20 minutes now. Extremely unprofessional. After I insisted, they finally kept my original appointment.
Unfortunately, overnight I had a personal emergency — and I had to leave London earlier than expected. I let them know straight away, explained my situation, and kindly asked for a refund for the one last session I couldn’t attend.
Their response? Zero care, zero empathy. Just hiding behind their 48-hour cancellation policy.
Funny how they can cancel on me with less than 24 hours notice due to “unforeseen circumstances” but when it comes to the clients unforeseen circumstances it doesn’t matter.
This clinic’s policy only works one way — their way.
No medical care, no customer care — just sales pressure, trapping clients in overpriced packages, and taking advantage of people who trust them.
Please read all the other 1-star reviews before booking anything here — I wish I did.

We always aim to provide clear, honest, and professional guidance to our clients. For non-surgical treatments such as CoolSculpting and EMTONE, these are not doctor-led procedures and very rare for a doctor to conduct a consultation on this, however, where appropriate, we do provide a medical screening call with one of our doctors to ensure you are medically suitable—particularly if we believe there may be a contraindication with your chosen treatment plan which in your case you were medically suitable.
Regarding your CoolSculpting treatment, we understand from our records that you were recommended 8 applicators and opted in to the plan. During your first session, 4 were used, as required for your treatment plan. On your 2nd visit, you had seen a noticeable reduction in fat and even expressed how impressed you were with the results after just one session. Our practitioner, Katie—who has over 15 years of experience—suggested that due to the significant results and your lower body fat percentage now, using the remaining applicators may not be necessary. At no point did you request a refund there and placed trust in Katie to for further advice.
You then agreed to redirect the remaining treatment credit toward an alternative concern, and EMTONE was suggested as a suitable next step. You confirmed that you trusted her guidance and wished to proceed.
We're genuinely saddened to hear you felt that our care diminished after payment. We deeply value all our clients—whether they come in for a complimentary consultation or have purchased a package at full price or on a promotion and we treat everyone with equal respect, care, and attention. We are disappointed that you felt otherwise but respect your feedback.
In terms of cancellations and refund policies:
All of our terms and conditions are outlined clearly on our website. While we don’t typically offer refunds beyond the 14-day statutory cooling-off period. We did not receive any prior refund request from you within that window. On the day you had to leave London unexpectedly, you cancelled your appointment. Despite this being outside of our 48-hour policy, we waived any charges and offered to resume your treatment upon your return.
We believe we’ve acted reasonably and fairly and still welcome the opportunity to resolve this. A member of our management team will be reaching out to you directly.
