Love the entire line

Love the entire line. I don't usually post reviews but this stuff is amazing. This is the first time I haven't used a flat iron on my hair. My hair feels soft and manageable.

Horrible for course curls and can't return!

I appreciate your review but I tried the moisturizing shampoo and the moisturizing deep conditioner and the hair lotion and unfortunately, they are all horrible. I have course curls and my hair has never been drier. My curls shrunk and I just had a fro afterward. I ended up re-washing my hair and using my old DevaCurl products, which worked so much better. Also, Cecred won't let you return any products if you have opened them, which makes absolutely no sense and is really horrible customer service. A lot of money down the drain. Never again.

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money!
Cheap drug store products have worked better in my hair.
I used the products for 3 weeks.
My hair was okay after the first wash (just like a drug store wash and go) but 3 washes in and it’s drying my hair out and my scalp is a lil sore and flaky.
It has started to irritate my skin and broke the side of my face out. ( I should have checked the chemicals she has in it first).
You can’t return the products and the site is awful to work with.
The smell is unpleasant after a few hours.
I would not buy this again.
Disappointed as I’ve been a life long Beyoncé fan and expected more from her.

I give it a cero if I could

I give it a cero if I could, To be honest this product let’s just say all of it did not work on my curls not even on my sisters curls, and I’m Afro Latina and this just put my hair hard and in more knots than ever. Those not work for everyone bummer, will keep using @ouidad and my Dominican hair products that I love ❤️. Please don’t waist your money on this and then to see no results at all…

With this being attached to Beyonce, I expected more. Tried to support -_-

I have to agree with the previous post, I also wanted to try out out this haircare line and support Beyonce, but the ordering stage is the worst part of any company I have ever patronized. Trying to successfully order is ridiculous no matter the method you attempt to use. You’ll receive a confirmation just for it to be canceled moments later. From debit card, credit card to even the PayPal option they use, it’s nearly impossible to complete the actual transaction despite them taking the money out then canceling. Then contacting customer service is almost as bad as Amazon’s because they have no idea what they’re talking about and just give one of their prompted reasons even when it does not apply. They never have a sensible reason and depending on who you talk to with their very incompetent customer service, you’ll get an array of junk responses before just giving up and they end claiming their payment department flagged it as “high fraud.” That’s foolish because no matter the method, it was declining the transaction and you have to verify your identity with PayPal before the payment even goes through so how is it fraud. It’s quite dumb and so is the department. As stated in the other customer’s complaint, the issue literally starts with the customer service team and they are definitely letting down the brand and it’s going to continue to receive negative feedback because it should not be this difficult to purchase after all this constant promotion. I have tried four times and not a single order has ever been successful. I’m not even interested in supporting anymore.

Poor customer service

Wanted to try out out this haircare line but no such luck as couldn't get pass the ordering stage. My order kept on being cancelled and on contacting the poor excuse for a customer service team, they gave incompetent and frankly nonsensical reasons as to why the order was cancelled. I'm not an influencer or celebrity nor do I live in the US, so I guess they don't want my custom. The customer service team let down the brand and If what customer service say is true, then the processes and operating procedures in place, do Cecred a disservice.
