Fast Replies, Zero Resolution

Ordered on May 6. A month later, my order still had not shipped, had not been assigned to a fulfillment facility, and had no estimated ship date. Customer support repeatedly confirmed all of this.

What made the experience especially frustrating was the complete lack of meaningful information. Support could not explain why the order was delayed, could not provide a shipping estimate, and could not even confirm whether an unfulfilled, unassigned order could be canceled without "specialist review."

I spent several emails asking increasingly specific questions. Every response followed the same pattern: apologies, thanks for my patience, and assurances that the issue had been escalated. Despite multiple escalations, nobody could provide a reason for the delay, a timeline for resolution, or a definitive answer regarding cancellation.

The responses arrived almost instantly and felt more like AI-generated customer service scripts than communication from someone with actual authority or visibility into the order status. When asked direct questions, I often received polished but noncommittal answers that avoided making any concrete commitment.

The most remarkable part was being told that my order had not been fulfilled, had not been assigned for shipment, and had no shipping timeline, yet canceling it still required additional review by another team.

Eventually, I stopped waiting and obtained a refund through PayPal.

Based on my experience, Ceremony of Roses was happy to take my money but unable to provide either the product or clear answers about where the order stood. I would not order from them again.

Bought a vinyl but never got it

Bought a deluxe version of the new The Scratch album on vinyl in March and got an email on March 16 that the package was on its way and over a month later i contacted COR that the package has been in transit since March 16 with no updates and then got a 2 emails first saying that they apologize for not getting in touch sooner and then a day later the other email said that unfortunately the package has been lost within transit and we were unable to sent a replacement because it was sold out and they have issued a refund and gladly I actually got the money back but the the thing about it being lost I frankly think that it just a lie since the package never even got to Royal Mail from COR and I truly believe a worker took it for themselves and then they had to give me bull excuse that it got lost. Bands need to search information before they start working with companies that are not trustworthy like in this case COR. Stuff like this just give bands a bad rep.

Online cowboys

Systematically cancel orders blaming an obscure fulfillment issue (whatever that is supposed to mean) or even fraud concern (I guess their cancellation excuse is the flavor of the day) and take ages to refund money they have had for over 2 months now. I have had to start a chargeback process with my credit card. This is the 3rd order out of 3 they cancel with no explanation, I will not be ordering form them again. At this stage it is not a coincidence, but a pattern. DO NOT TRUST THESE COWBOYS. You have been warned.

Order never arrived. Don't trust them

I bought two Linkin Park items on March 13, 2026. It's April 17, 2026, and they still haven't arrived. I asked for an explanation. At first, they responded by saying I hadn't selected the tracking option. Then, yesterday, I've asked for a refund, but they haven't responded yet. They're absolutely scammers. Don't buy anything from them. I wish I'd seen these reviews before.

Sent me the wrong order

Sent me the wrong order, won't reply to emails, ticketing system doesn't work for feedback, and in general just a really awful experience trying to buy something from a band store.

Would give 0* if I could, just utterly insane to allow this company anywhere near your merchandise.

Order never turned up

I really wish I'd checked the reviews here before I ordered a Father John Misty t shirt from his website - my experience is identical to those who have been unlucky enough to have their orders just not turn up. It's been weeks and my order hasn't arrived. Emailed the company to report no-show and they said they'd 'escalated it with the warehouse...to be processed as soon as we can.'
Still nothing a week later, so I chased again: 'I have been assured that this order has been prioritised for fulfilment.' Spoiler alert: It still didn't arrive. I then asked for a tracking number and they tried to gaslight me by saying I didn't select tracking as an option when I ordered. I certainly wouldn't have opted out of tracking, had it been a clear and obvious choice at checkout, so all I can assume is that they know this is clear as muck on the website and they hide behind this excuse. And as for why so many orders, including mine, fail to show up - I really can only assume that nobody is keeping on top of stock control for these artists' merch, so CoR dishonestly take people's money time and again with no care given to whether they can fulfil orders.

Really disappointing experience.

I preordered an album and t-shirt, but ran into delivery issues. When I contacted Australia Post, they advised me to follow up with the sender. However, when I reached out, I was simply told it wasn’t their responsibility and to contact Australia Post again.

This left me stuck going back and forth between both parties with no real help or accountability from the sender. As the retailer, I would have expected them to take some ownership or at least assist in resolving the issue, rather than passing me off.

Poor customer service and very frustrating to deal with. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Ben from COR keeps telling me “10-14” days and yet I haven’t seen a refund.

All I get is a “sorry about that” email

UNRESOLVED REFUND SINCE JANUARY 12th - AVOID (Order RWGBP102116)

Extremely disappointed with Ceremony of Roses. I cancelled my order on January 10th, and they confirmed my full refund on January 12th. It is now February 5th and I am still waiting for my funds. I have been in contact with "Ben" from Customer Support, who keeps giving me excuses about their "Finance Team" and requesting 5-10 extra days every single week. It has been nearly a month of broken promises and zero transparency. Holding a customer's money for this long after a confirmed cancellation is unacceptable and a breach of UK Consumer Rights. I am now escalating this to Action Fraud and my bank. Order #RWGBP102116.

Ordered from the perrie store

Ordered from the perrie store. Says my order was dispatched on the 3rd yet now on the 15th and the item hasn't arrived narr has the tracking updated. Customer service is honestly the worst especially someone called Simon who claimed the team is small yet all replies was from him. Mangers are the same.
Think artist should have their record label handle the stores instead of theys cowboys as just makes the artist look bad to fans

I ordered a simple enamel badge from the N Dubz store on 2nd December as a Christmas gift. As of 15th December, I still have nothing to show for it.

I received no updates whatsoever until 9th December, and only then because I chased the order myself. There was no proactive communication, no explanation for the delay, and no reassurance, just silence.

To make matters worse, I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Niamh from customer service. Her attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and borderline rude. My questions were repeatedly avoided, responses were blunt and uninterested, and there was not a single apology or acknowledgment of how unacceptable this situation is, especially for a Christmas order.

This has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. If you value your time, money, or basic customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Ordered a cd from them,got a confirmation email shortly after and the postcode was correct but the address wasn't. I emailed them straight away to inform them of the incorrect address. Received an email saying once the order was picked it couldn't be amended. That's some efficient pick. 3 weeks later no cd and multiple excuses and very few answers. Shocking service and will advise the band I bought from. I always try to support band by buying their music through their own web page.

Shocking Customer Service

I placed an order at the end of June under the impression it would take just a few days to arrive. After weeks of silence, I had to chase for an update, only to be told it would be weeks before stock was available — by which point the birthday I’d bought it for had already passed.

Eventually, I received an email saying the order had been shipped, but after more weeks of waiting nothing arrived. When I chased again, I was bluntly told the order had been lost and that if I wanted a replacement I’d have to wait indefinitely, with no clear timeframe given.

What has shocked me most is the complete lack of care from this company. I have had to chase every single update, the replies have been blunt and dismissive, and I have never once received an apology for the inconvenience caused. Having worked in customer service myself, I know this level of treatment is far below standard.

I still want the product, but the way this has been handled has been appalling. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering — because if something goes wrong, don’t expect good communication, accountability, or even a basic apology.
