My only regret is not using Chameleon Collections sooner. I have wasted time and money using over paid solicitors to go to court which ended with non satisfactory results.

ive had business debts with these for nearly two years. lack of communication, dont answer phones and received no money back from 4 debts ive passed to them.

We had a contractor not paying us because he kept making excuses for not paying and we were not sure what to do to get our money back. In the past I have used debt recovery companies with little success but I received a call from this company and at first I was dubious as I have been stung before but we instructed them to help us with a person who was not paying and refusing to speak with us. We had used a solicitor to see if they could help but they were instructing us to use courts. Chameleon helped us get our money back and now we no longer need to use our solicitor as Chameleon now handle any problems that we have and with being a small business this is a massive relief for us as a small business in the tool hire trade.

We have used various collection agencies in the past with generally limited success so we decided to try Chameleon Collections on the recommendation from one of our local business partners.

The service we received was professional and courteous from the start. The recovery process was laid out in a concise and succinct manner and we had no hesitation in moving forward with the company in question.

In all honesty 1 star is too much. We was approached by Gavin Beaston to act on our behalf to recover some debts, he reassured us they were successful and persistent in collecting monies owed. We paid a fee upfront for the privilege of nothing. Could not get regular updates as promised, took weeks to receive reply's to emails sent to them asking for updates and was only replied with the usual, " we are persistent in pursuing these accounts and we are beavering away in the background".
They are no longer acting on our behalf (well they didn't do anything anyway) We never received a single penny from them.
AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS.

I was subcontracted to clean and maintain trains by a main contractor and they never paid so it was disputed. Chameleon helpef me get paid and now i can stop worrying about them owing me money would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking to recover any money owning thanks for the help guys.
