Charlotte showed us round a property recently and she was brilliant! Very friendly and accommodating to our children also highly informative about the property and area. She also continues to be very helpful with our property search, responding to emails quickly and making great suggestions.

Charlotte was fantastic at chasing solicitors and pushing the sale through to complete as soon as possjble.
There was great and prompt communication with Chancellors throughout the entire process. I can't recommend them enough!

Helpfu, iinformative & knowledgeable service

Chad Deakin, the executive manager, made the process very easy and informative with weekly reviews. He rescued our sale when the buyers pulled out of the sale, at the last knockings, and got them back on with the programme. Cannot praise him and Chancellors enough. All members of the team work together to make the house selling experience a great one.

While the overall experience of this tenancy with Chancellors, Banbury was quite poor , with multiple failings throughout the tenancy, much of this was related to Landlord issues. Credit and many thanks are due to Lauren Clancy , Chancellors property manager, however, who excelled when she took over the case with an efficiency, patience and attention to detail that was seriously lacking through the majority of the tenancy.

We had arranged a viewing of a property with the Banbury office which unfortunately was cancelled by the vendor due to their tenant being unwell. The viewing was rescheduled for a week later to enable the tenant enough time to recover. Today as I was looking through our saved list of properties the house that we were supposed to view was listed as being sold, this was despite the promise that it wouldn't be before we had seen it so there wasn't any wasted time or effort. There was no communication from Chancellors to inform us of this change and just another employee who wouldn't listen and talked incessantly so much that I had to raise my voice no apology made from this unprofessional company, and they wonder why estate agents get a bad press!

She responds quickly to calls and emails, and she handles any issues in the house promptly and communicates feedback so well. A really good experience all round

A bit of hard working getting started with the process, Amarjit managed the process well enough, but a lot of unnecessary departments not communicating effectively enough with each other. Too many different people to deal with different processes of the sale. I think with the change of tenancy and selling a lot of stuff made the process a bit more stressful. The overall checks and forms were very difficult to access and complete, a lot of duplication on both parties to provide the same information.

Otherwise with the paperwork and getting a response was delayed, and wondering if thinks we're moving on with the process.
