Robert was tremendously dedicated and persistent during a long process trying to communicate with a very uncooperative buyer of my property. He was patient giving me lots or regular updates, and constantly worked to contact a potential buyer who simply didn't respond to phone calls and letters. He was helpful and empathetic when there were very few buyers available for our property because of its poor condition. He alerted me to issues with the empty property that he was visiting to show buyers round and went beyond the call of duty. Also making calls on his days off when it would avoid delays. Tremendously personable, efficient. knowledgeable and dependable.

Shari Caballero made our experience so smooth and enjoyable, she is been very helpful with the step by step, she provided all the documents and information needed very promptly. Very professional and efficient.
