We originally put our house on the market with another agent and it didn't budge for 7 months. We took it off the market for Christmas and put it back on with Mackenzie Smith at the end of January. It sold within 2 weeks! Can't say much more than that...

My viewing with Reiss Bliss of the Ash Vale branch was excellent. He provided honestly assessment and demonstrated considerable assistance throughout the visit. I would be pleased to recommend him to friends and family.

Initially I wasn't going to choose MacKenzie Smith to market my home but I liked Stephen Tetlow's attitude so I thought I'd give them a try. He'd recommended marketing at a lower price but I wanted to try a higher price first - guess who was right! After about a month we dropped to Stephen's suggested price and I accepted an offer soon after. (To be fair, I'd had reasonable interest at the higher price but no realistic offers. At the lower price we got a mini bidding war and several offers.)

After agreeing the sale MacKenzie Smith really came into their own and I can't praise Adam from the Sales Progression team enough. He did a fantastic job, keeping me up to date with what was happening in the various parts of my chain and helping to chase when things went a bit quiet. He supported me throughout the whole process and was patient and helpful.

So, huge thanks to Stephen and Sean from the Aldershot office and Adam in the Ash Vale office. I really appreciate you guys for everything you did for me!
