We recently moved into a new property, the whole process has been really easy.
The whole team have been really helpful, Ibrar and Leilana helped us with everything pre-move, they were great with answering questions and helping us get everything ready for the move, I especially appreciated the emails giving us updates on what we still needed to do and what had been completed from background checks, massively helped us keep on schedule, especially as I personally had some work issues causing me to be very busy.

After moving in we were passed onto the property management team who we've had the delight of working with Franki.
Obviously not every property is perfect and so when I emailed the team with a couple of issues that needed addressing, I was impressed with how quickly Franki got back to us and how quickly they're helping to address the issues.
This kind of customer service gives me high hopes for our time staying at the property and I'm sure that we will be well looked after in the event of any future issues.

We have been renting the same property from Chancellors for the past few years. We have always had a prompt response from Franki in the property management team and repairs are usually arranged quickly.

Our experience with Chancellors was great, in particular with Ibrar Hussain. While at the viewing itself the property was shown to us rather quickly, we could ask questions and understand more about the house. Ibrar then ensured we received our application form promptly and kept us in the loop, even when the landlord was hard to pin down. We appreciate his tenacity and reliability.

Freya has been absolutely fantastic. Although I haven’t yet completed the letting process, she has already made a huge difference by guiding me through everything with clarity, patience and excellent communication. I recently worked with Chancellors to secure a rental property in Headington. The process was generally smooth and professional. The agent was responsive and helped guide me through the rental application process. Franki, is always prompt in responding and liaising. Also, always follows up, making the customer looked after and ensuring a seamless process on every query or action necessary.

Ibrar has been very helpful throughout the viewing, and made the procedure very clear. He was knowledgeable about the property, and followed up by phone which was appreciated.

Franki is very good communicator. She uses emails and phone calls to contact us about our property which is on rent. She finds out agencies best suited for the job. She is courteous, arranges jobs, keep an eye on the progress and make sure job has been done appropriately. She informs and keep good record of the issues. She is available when we need. Most important for us is she never looses her cool. I wish her all the success.

Was a good experience, Freya was helpful. Only put as 4/5 due to difficulties getting through on phone, but every time I did manage to, Freya and team assisted quickly.

Took about 3 months to complete as FTB on a chain free property. Reece was extremely helpful throughout the process and answered any and all questions promptly.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Worst agency to go through. Have to keep chasing them and still they don't get back to you. Especially the headington branch Jude is someone definitely to avoid as he doesn't know how to do his job!!
