We have given a 3 star rating to the company itself because for the majority of the time we had our mobile home on sale with them the customer service i felt was appalling, it improved considerably when a lady called Lauren Clinkard joined the team and we would be more than happy to give her a 5 star review, she was consistent with her contact and tried her hardest to get different situtions sorted for us, she was always polite and thoughtful and if there was a querie she had to look further into she would always call back when she said she would, this was not the case before she joined the team. If i could pay the fee we have to pay to her alone i would be more than happy with that and less disgruntled about parting with that amount of money to the company .

Katie has been consistently lovely through the renting process and always ready to help. I haven’t ever felt rushed by her like previous agents and her friendly and warm helpful approach has made renting v stress free. She has understood my tricky time schedules and been really flexible with fitting me in.

Earlier this year I listed a plot of land with the Henley branch of Chancellors, and I have nothing but gratitude and respect for the staff there - from my very first conversation with Brianna, through to my weekly phone calls and email updates with her and members of the team, I have been so very impressed by the professionalism, enthusiasm and communication skills demonstrated by them all. Although my plot of land is small , the team never ever made me feel that it was insignificant or unimportant.
Thank you so much for all that Brianna and the team have done, I would definitely call on their services again in in the future if I needed to , and I would recommend them to others.

My partner and I have had a wonderful experience with Chancellors so far. We have spoken with three agents and all three have been friendly, helpful and encouraging. Sam was warm and friendly when he showed us around a property, and has been communicative with us about the application process. Katie Edmonds was the agent that I dealt with and I found her to be professional, knowledgeable of the properties we viewed and the local area. I would recommend her as a trusted estate agent.

One of the letting agents named Katie gave us a viewing at a Property for rent. During the viewing, we asked if all kitchen appliances were included and she replied by saying all white goods are included yes. We then went ahead and on the day of getting the keys from the landlady, the washing machine and fridge weren’t there! We were very surprised and asked the landlady about it and she told us the white goods were not included and never were! We told her that Katie specifically told us they were and should we have known they weren’t this would have affected our decision to rent the property. The landlady was not happy at all and neither were we! The landlady said she would raise this with Chancellors for us which she did and she informed us that she spoke to the manager and he stated that Katie never told us the white goods were included! We are shocked that she would lie like this as we are 1000000% certain she told us they were. We would have remembered if she hadn’t because purchasing white goods is a significant expense and we don’t intend on buying anytime soon so it wouldn’t even be an investment for us. We are very upset, angry and disappointed about this and the fact she has blatantly lied. Avoid going through Katie at all costs at Chancellors!!!

A new tenant for my rental property was found quickly and efficiently by the Henley on Thames branch. The paperwork for signature, and the first month's rent were also both sent without delay. Many thanks to Sam and the team.

Brianna is an exceptional member of the team. Her open and honest approach is most welcome and refreshing. I will be happy to continue a business relationship with Chancellors via Brianna in the new year and hope to sell my property under her advice and guidance.
