The agent I spoke to on the phone was polite, friendly and was particularly helpful in both offering me detailed information about the property I was interested in but in particular he assisted me because the details he provided me in discussion enabled me to decide it wasn't suitable. This was enormously helpful because it saved me a lot of time, costs of driving, stress and wasted effort. Although it meant I wouldn't buy that property the honest, knowledgeable approach is so much appreciated that it meant I would be more likely to look at other properties sold by them in future. Thanks for not wasting my time!

We used chancellors to put an offer in for our first home. Chris Dorset is the estate agent dealing with this and has been amazing. Very easy to contact and if we do miss a call from him he always makes sure he sends an email. Very quick at responding to emails and making sure he get all of our questions answered as quickly as possible. He has made this process a lot easier.
