Chancellors - High Wycombe Opiniones 

I used Chancellors for my rental property last year, I found the initial process easy and friendly however what had changed my opinion on them was not being informed that the property was also up for sale, so when I moved in I was then showing people around to buy the property I had just moved into.

upon leaving the property they have been fairly easy to deal with, my rating is purely based down to not being informed upon moving in.

I let my property through Chancellors about a year ago, and I’ve been extremely happy with their service ever since. The team at the High Wycombe branch have always been professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire letting process smooth and worry-free. I especially want to thank Shana, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the year. She is always on top of everything — from handling maintenance issues quickly to keeping me updated regularly. Shana is professional, proactive, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Her prompt communication and constant support make managing my property completely stress-free. I truly appreciate all her hard work and dedication. Shana is a real asset to Chancellors, and I highly recommend both her and the High Wycombe team to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly letting agents.

Their customer service is superb always responsive and responsible. I look forward to buying my dream property through Chancellors.

Beautiful experience, well timed and hands on.

Finding some where to rent with 2 dogs has been almost impossible. But with George and Beth they have managed to find me a lovely property which my daughter and i will be happy in. They kept me updated on a regular basis with properties they thought would be suitable for both myself, my daughter, and our 2 dogs. I was on the verge of thinking i was going to loose my dogs. We literally viewed a property yesterday and Beth pushed the paperwork through aa soon as she got back to the office. I think she could see how stressed I was getting and did not want me to loose out. They chased up the Landlord first thing this morning and by 9;30 I had a call from Beth to say that I had been accepted. I can not thank them both enough especially Beth who pulled out all the stops to get me this property. I can not recommend them enough to potential buyers or renters.

Terrible experience, avoid Chancellors!
2 months of excitement to move in to a rented flat and 2 days before they notify the current tenant is refusing to leave and they 'dont know what to do', yet they knew a week in advance and didn't tell us anything. Constantly being pushed from head office to Wycombe branch as noone knew what they were doing. Left it with them to contact us, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, luckily we found another place with a different letting agent otherwise we would have been homeless and they couldn't care less. Even simple requests they ignored and palmed us off.
Please go elsewhere.
