We reviewed a bungalow accompanied by Luke from Chancellor’s Estate Agency he was very attentive showing the salient points also leaving us to have a second look very patient even obviously he had other clients to see.

He took the time to give us a proper tour of the house, clearly knew the property inside out, and genuinely seemed to care about the service he was providing.
