Communication was very effective. There are support staff who liaise closely with sellers, buyers and their respective solicitors. Maria Davies was particularly helpful. She is the sort of person who makes things happen rather than wait for something to happen. Being proactive is the most important quality for me.

While I initially appreciated their enthusiasm in listing my property, the lack of communication at this stage is frustrating and unprofessional. I am very old client of Chancellors and I have found them to be responsible and totally trustworthy.

I had a bad experience with southeast property management, they are making us fool and not returning our deposit. I lived in property which was impacted by fire incident , after struggling for one and half month I decided to leave the property, after agreement from southeast management associate and landlord they provided me go ahead to leave the property after their approval I left the property and cleared all dues. Instead of returning our deposit they are asking rent from us. Even after we have handed over keys to them on agreed date.

This is totally so unprofessional , they are asking rent for the property where authorities not allowed to live anyone.
