My experience using an estate agent to find a residential letting in Oxford (Summertown) was at best complicated because I found that agents actually expect the tenant to run after them. When I registered online with chancellor’s, I found that the agent called me in the morning to confirm my details and start finding me suitable accommodation. Katie Palmer was especially helpful as she called me nearly everyday to inform me of new lets or to keep me updated about existing enquiries. Katie was extremely patient and respectful, and she made sure to keep track of my applications. Out of all the Oxford agents, I highly recommend Chancellor’s first.

Chris is a fantastic estate agent. As a first time buyer are nerves were all over the place but having someone able to guide and recommend is invaluable. He was always available to talk through and issue or guide us. Our parents who bought before were surprised at how easy he was to contact and help as they didn’t have those experiences with other agents. Can’t recommend him enough.
