A great agent to deal with …
From the first call to arrange the viewing, and at the viewing and beyond I have found Cathleen most professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I have also found her and her colleagues and chancellors team to be very great communicators and quick to get answers from and am amazed at the speed of the organisation of paperwork. The best I have experienced from any letting agents before.

Judith at chancellors was absolutely brilliant; she is friendly, extremely competent and worked hard to find potential buyers for our house. We moved to chancellors from another agency, chancellors much more professional! Also really good use of technology to keep in touch and to see feedback from viewings.

Lauren was fantastic
Lauren was fantastic. I am giving 3 stars as the overall service from Chancellors was not great. We dealt with Lauren McRae Adams at the end of our tenancy and we’re really impressed with how she handled our case. I only wish we could have dealt with Lauren for the rest of our tenancy.

Madison is a friendly and efficient communicator who quickly evaluated what type and standard of property I was looking and focussed on providing me options. She quickly understood if a property was not for me and did not push a property that did not suit my needs. Having driven global sales teams it is clear to me she is a great face to the customer for Chancellors.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service by Judith and the team at chancellors Wokingham. The property was sold remotely from overseas and without the help on the ground from the team going above and beyond for me, I can’t ever have realistically seen it being sold so easily.
