Edit: Initial experience was extremely stressful as my express order for my salon opening failed and I was informed too late to fix the issue. However, after escalation the company issued a full refund, voucher and apology, so I appreciate the effort to resolve the matter.
Guess I’m one of not many unlucky here as after placing my order on Monday and Tuesday for express service I haven’t heard back from them until Friday 3 p.m. to get the message that my art work was not uploaded which is not true as everything went smooth during ordering uploading and payment process! Telephone not answered deadline missed and I’m left opening my beauty salon on Sunday without my leaflets and coupons😞 Thanks Cheapest print online! Seems this lesson learned. Lower price lower results 😭😭😭 Ps. Two different orders made on Monday and Tuesday were not fulfilled due as company explained lack of art provided which in both cases were provided during the process of ordering, therefore I advise to send art twice just to be sure.

I've been using Cheapest Print Online for years, always found them to be great and a quick turnaround.

I ordered a roll up banner on the Tuesday to be delivered on the Friday, for an upcoming show on the Friday evening.

The file was uploaded and approved on Tuesday afternoon, but due to a technical glitch (absolutely no fault of theirs) they hadn't been notified of the approval.

Wednesday evening I received an email saying it needed approving (which obviously I said I had).

It would have been an easy solution to have simply said "sorry, there was an error, here's a refund" - BUT - instead of this, they managed to print AND STILL DELIVER the banner on the Friday.

Not only this, but the print quality and metal base was actually far superior to some £65-70 banners I've ordered from other companies in the past, bearing in mind I opted for the standard banner (which was less than half this price!)

Honestly, an absolutely flawless product and service, and I will unquestionably use them for future printing needs.

This company is absolutely amazing…I have used them on loads of occasions and the quality of what they produce is incredible at such a reasonable price. On 2 occasions I have made a mistake when ordering and both times they have been really understanding and sorted it out for me….I love this more personal service. This company clearly have massive hearts by putting a rush job on the printing and delivering of the flyers.

Simple enough process to upload artwork to platform and submit for printing. Due to tight turnaround and despite closure over a long weekend, Dean was in direct contact to helpfully ensure printing for a small family wedding was dispatched in good time for delivery.

Failed to deliver in time on an expensive express order and very poor customer service (don't answer phone, very slow on email, no agents available on chat).

Very poor experience from start to finish.

I ordered business cards and foamboard prints on 19 April and paid for 24-hour dispatch, with delivery expected by 21 April. The order was not dispatched until Thursday evening and arrived Friday, several days late, with no proper explanation or apology.

Unfortunately, the quality of the items was also unacceptable. The business cards did not match the approved proof - they were visibly misprinted and miscut, leaving the design skewed. The foamboard prints were described as “100% ok” to PayPal once I escalated it; arrived with multiple issues including white spotting, streaking lines, uneven cutting, and noticeable colour differences compared to the proof.

After raising these issues, the seller agreed to arrange collection on 28 April and issue a refund. I confirmed availability, but no collection was arranged and all follow-up messages have been ignored.

I made several attempts to resolve this directly via email and phone before escalating further.

UPDATE:
After I left my original review, the business owner contacted me outside normal business hours and offered a full refund if I removed my review and immediately cancelled the chargeback I had raised with my bank. I explained that I was not comfortable cancelling the chargeback until a refund had actually been received, and that any amendment to my review would depend on how the matter was ultimately resolved. I was assured that the refund would be issued the following morning.

No refund was ever received.

In the week that followed, I received a number of calls from a withheld number. The calls stopped after I raised the business owner's name during one of those calls. Based on information available to me, I believe the calls may have been connected, and I have reported the matter to the police.

I stand by my review, which reflects my genuine experience as a customer. I will not be pressured into removing or altering a review in exchange for promises that were ultimately not honoured.
