Product misdescribed, refused a refund and ignored my complaints
The product contained a number of ingredients that weren't on the listing and when I asked for a refund they told me they weren't obliged to list ingredients they didn't consider 'active' and invited me to speak to a pharmacist about any ingredients I was worried about. Completely ignored my repeated requests to return the product for a refund. Avoid.

A Tad Slow
Have used this company now for a number of years, without problems. However, my latest order, dated 1st May, only received today (10th May). Either Royal Mail were slow or the order completion was slow.

Delivery took too long
Delivery took too long , with no idea of when it would arrive as no tracking was available . Also the 2 products boxes were completely damaged in the envelope . Not too pleased with the whole experience .
