Good products. GREAT prices. bad communication.
ordering was easy, I got the delivery in jus two days!! which was great.
what isn't great though is the user experience, I didn't get an update on the shipping (unless the email went to Spam?) and on the website it just went from preparing to shipped or something like that. anyway, point is, great service but not so clear communication.
best thing is the price of course.

Zero communication.Goods arrived after 7 days and were acceptable
Goods arrived after 7 days, no responses whatsoever from Chemist Counter Direct, tried contacting them during the 7 day wait no replies either, communication is zero, not even an order confirmation email/acknowledgement, the items ordered are fine though just don't expect to receive any communication from them at all !

Unable to get this order through the normal retail outlets but this site had them with a reasonable price and shipping costs. Arrived within a few days. Sorted.
