it was just by chance and after thought that i contacted Chicco services,it was the best decision i made,i received a reply from Nic almost immediatly to say that my request for a replacement wheel/castor had been passed onto the spares department,i then received the requested part in the post in less than a week,i can honestly say that service wise it must be up with best,once again many many thanks Nic.

Had a fantastic quick response to my query . The rear wheel of my Chicco Echo push chair had come off and lost the wheel, pushchair was only 3 months old. A replacement rear wheel was sent in the post within a couple days. So pleased as needed the pushchair for holiday next week.

Really good customer service from Chicco. My grandson has a musical bear. When the batteries were replaced, at least one of them leaked. I wanted to know whether the fault was with batteries or bear, and whether the product was safe to use. Customer services took my query seriously and responded quickly to explore the issue and give advice.

The Next2me Forever crib is ruining baby's sleep. As a stand alone crib, the sides are way too high for me to put him in (I'm 5'4 so short-ish but quite average). Bumpered to the bed, the side door is stiff and loud and impossible to do one-handed — kind of critical when you have a baby) and getting the door down by securing it to the bed is a matter of degrees (tighter it is the more the door will come down) but it's so stiff and janky it gets stuck half way. It's so hard getting him in and out of this ugly thing he's waking up more than ever. We just spent a week with family and he slept amazing in his £30 travel cot. I want to take a sledgehammer to it but we've only had it two months and we did pay in 3 — so depressing.
I ordered a replacement mattress first thing in a Tuesday and it arrived Thursday lunchtime. I emailed Thursday morning after seeing negative reviews, worrying how long delivery would take. I got an instant reply saying delivery was that day!

Trying to get hold of someone is IMPOSSIBLE!! I was told a replacement for a bear that did not work was being sent out and allow 3/4 days .I then received a message Wed 12th from DPD saying item would be delivered on Mon 17th .I went online to track time slot on 17th to a message on tracking saying we have your order but have not received your parcel yet so obviously Chicco haven’t even sent it yet!!! I’ve emailed twice and tried calling but nothing.I just want to know where my bear is ???
Completely unreliable company, ordered parts 3-weeks ago and have been following up with customer service however their response is they don’t know when they will send the parts. Business that has no clue how and when they can dispatch items purchased is one you better steer clear from
Just purchased an chicco activ3 online and when it arrived it was nothing like how they advertised. Misleading videos and rude customer service when you try to get some answers
Chicco activ3 is not one push button as they say and it ll be struggle to use each time
