I have not had such excellent customer…

I have not had such excellent customer service for a long time
I gifted my daughter a crossover floor cleaner which had a leak after several months, contacted customer service had a lovely speedy reply from Allison who said they are sending a replacement, I was so surprised as you just don’t get that kind of customer service any more will not hesitate to buy you again thank you.

Kettle warranty…

Close to the end of my Kettles warranty it stopped working.
I contacted Swan's Helpline and received great service from Julija.
One email latter with screenshots of model number etc, my replacement was confirmed and being dispatched.
Totally stress-free and so helpful.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service, I've had an issue with an appliance and the warranty and replacement process was really easy and the CS Team were super responsive to all my questions and kept me updated the whole time. Elle & Julija were great.

Had a swan electric cooker and worst…

Had a swan electric cooker and worst experience as doesn't cook food properly, bout ur old and already have had it repaired due to issues.
Wouldn't ever go with another one again.
Gets hot quickly but doesn't cook food in middle burns it around edges.

I had an issue with my Alexa controlled Kettle which had just fallen out of the 2 year warranty by a matter of days! Joseph at customer services was extremely helpful and sorted my issue out for me very quickly!

Nordic slow cooker

I recently purchased a Nordic slow cooker, beautiful white and no frills just perfect and simple. Unfortunately the lid smashed and broke. I was gutted because I loved it. Had problems registering warranty

Had problems registering warranty on line. Customer service (Diane) was brilliant. She also had similar problems with the on line registration process but was able to process the request manually.

Disappointed

No microwave delivered and as yet no refund.

Unable to contact Swan via telephone. And additionally only receive one line email correspondence every 24 hours, where I respond, which then takes another 24 hours for a response.

Now extremley fed up with the toing and froing and lack of direct communication.

Update - Following this review and a chargeback request through the payment provider, I received a full refund from Swan which I thanked them for, it's just a shame that I had to resort to those channels to gain a positive outcome. Nontheless it has now been resolved.

Air Fryer conked out

I was so upset when my beloved air fryer (which I used every day) conked out so that evening I contacted Swan via their contact form and the next morning I was contacted by Allison who was so kind and helped me immediately. I supplied all the relevant documents and was delighted to learn that Allison would arrange for a brand new air fryer to be sent to me. Excellent customer service and Allison is a credit to Swan. Thank you everyone.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered a kettle for next day delivery. It didn't come and I had no email updates. I couldn't find a number to call so emailed and was told I would be refunded a pound as a 'gesture', with no indication of delivery time. I asked to cancel the order and for a refund and they told me they could only send a return label, leaving me £4.99 worse off for the experience of dealing with Swan. I asked about the complaints procedure and was fobbed off. I will avoid in future.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We appreciate how disappointing it is when an order does not arrive as anticipated, particularly when a faster delivery option has been selected.

Your order was placed after the cut-off time for next day delivery, meaning the expected delivery date moved to the following working day. As a gesture of goodwill, we refunded the £1.00 difference between next day and standard delivery. When you then contacted us to cancel, the order had already been dispatched, so we were unable to stop it in transit. In these circumstances, we offered a prepaid returns label so the item could be returned for a full refund once received back.

We’re sorry for any frustration caused by the communication around this and for any disappointment with the service you received. Your comments have been noted and will be reviewed internally as we are always looking to improve our customer experience.
