Fantastic service yesterday. As soon as we went in the server asked for allergies. As we did have a child with dairy allergy in our party. All staff that delt with us ensured we knew what was safe including providing oat milk so he could have a milkshake. 😊
The food was delishous. Apart from kids chicken skewer and chocolate cocanut volcano cake was dry.
Would definatly return.

Poor value for money. Staff do not listed to what is being ordered, We received small portions, warm food and incorrect drinks and food due to the server not listening.

The new menu is awful! Food doesn’t taste the same, the service is poor (there were only 2 staff available), and it’s just overpriced low quality food. We enjoyed the restaurant but now will never go back there. Not worth the money at all.

We are regular visitors to Chiquito for breakfast at the weekend. Staff are friendly, great at helping with any dietary requirements and remember our ‘usual’ order.

We visited Chiquito in Tollgate, Colchester for the first time today and the food and service were excellent, in particular Elena who served us was really helpful and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be visiting there again.

Always a delightful visit to Salford Quays restaurant.

My mom and I went into Chiquito Milton Keynes Kingston for a coffee.
Our Server Kayla, was absolutely fantastic, didn't matter that we weren't spending a lot, however she made sure that our experience was enjoyable, and our every need was met.
Thank you for looking after us, we will be back.
If I could give more than 5* to Kayla, I would.

My husband and I went do Chuquito in Hatfield today 10th of September and we did enjoy everything in there.
All food was very tasty,well served and the plates were coming beautiful.
All the staff members were very friendly,polite and welcoming.
Anna was who served our table and she was fabulous.

Leah was great! Fast service, great food and nothing was too much for Leah! She went above and beyond! So polite and friendly! And funny too! Would deffo recommend!

Chiquito Coventry Arena - food was really tasty and hot. Drinks good value. The service, on the whole was very good. Only minus point was the waiter had our main courses in his hand whilst we were still eating our starters. When I asked if the service was always this quick he completely ignored me. We were given a surprise birthday dessert for the birthday we were celebrating which was a plus point.

Edinburgh fort kinnaird - food was great and the friendly customer service was really good too. I will definitely go back and highly recommend 👍🏻

Chiquito in printworks don't go there we were quoted 30 minutes wait for a table by a guy who was very rude and the restaurant was half full not only that but the people behind us who hadn't booked a table were shown straight to a table this is appalling customer service and I and my family will never go again to a chiquito s again

I haven't been here for at least ten years, but after moving back to Swindon recently and with my partner wanting to go back to Bath for Las Iguanas, we came here.... glad we did.
The food was amazing, the waitress was lovely, drinks arrived quickly... Very happy. We'll be back soon! Please pass on our thanks to Becky.

My 11 year old daughter and I visited for lunch on a weekday. It was not busy, but service was really slow (we noticed particularly as we were very thirsty, and even after waiting ages to just order the drinks, they did not come until just before the food.) Food took a LONG time wish I had timed it. My daughter really wanted tacos, but the only beef filling available was extra spicy. Beef tacos must be the most popular item on the menu!! Why not make two heat versions, or at least one that can be enjoyed by more people? So we compromised on chicken tacos, and when they came they were FILLED WITH RICE the chicken was barely even visible. And there was no lettuce, tomato or sour cream and guacamole on the tacos, had to be requested separately and even then they said oh we can't do lettuce and tomato. Also waitress could not pronounce "quesidillas" which I wold not even notice except that she WORKS IN A MEXICAN RESTAURANT. Food, when it finally came was very mediocre, not tasty. And for one order of tacos, two small appetisers and two soft drinks bill was £32.65. Never going there ever again.

Very very poor service terrible food terrible !!!
It was my partner's birthday she liked this place so I took her to Chiquitos LG Bristol first of all we ordered some drinks then10 mins later our food my partner 35 mins later our food arrived main courses still not had our starters or drinks !!!
My burger was the Mexican one doubled up £19.96 what a joke a few chips a teaspoon of coleslaw no mayo like it said in the menu I complained to the manager he said that's what you get !! And told me it was in it I showed him it did not he said it was then walked off!! Then I got him back about my partner's food was missing items off it and was terrible he took it back and added some sauces and a few more chips and our starter.
I said to him I was not happy with my burger again not interested !!! Starter was garlic bread again shocking left it .
Asked for bill 3 different people then after 20mins manger came with bill asked if all was ok holding the bill out with the card machine in his hand waiting so I said no not really but he took the money and walked off.
I have never had such poor food it was terrible I mean terrible do not waste your money here you will be very disappointed.
Service well what service a manager that was rude made you feel terrible basically unfit to manage .
I took pictures of our food but it will not let me upload them here what a shame shows it all apart from the poor service from the staff and the manager .
Please be warned do not waste your money and upset yourself at this branch at Chiquitos longwell green Bristol it's not worth it !!!!!!!!

Went to Chiquitos in camberley it’s always severely under staffed, 30 mins to get our drinks and I had to ask! Starter came and was wrong! With no cutlery no one to ask for some! I’ve given this place a few chances now and every time takes so long to get you drinks food etc with no staff! Shocking service, food left on the pass for like 20 mins going cold!

Wish I could give no stars! Enfield branch, unbelievably slow service. 30 mins to get one scoop of ice cream in a half empty restaurant. Manager’s excuse? The kitchen staff were really backed up. Backed up? In a half empty restaurant? Give me a break! You can imagine how uncomfortable this was for my 91 year old mother. Avoid unless you’ve got a couple of hours to spare.
