Racist workers and the company does nothing even when showed video footage of the incident. Very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience.

I would give them 0 if I could. Horrible service and they misrepresent the points and number of nights to not allow you to get to next level.

To call this booking line cost me over £2.50 for a 4 minute phone call , it’s saying 7p a minute but then your phone provider charges you 55p a minute, that’s 62p a minute to call the reservation line , I got cut off because my safety buffer £2.50 . Will not be calling it back

Very very bad, I can't buy points in the system and tried thousand times, but failed all the time...the customer support is a joke and too stupid, can't resolve the problems at all, they couldn't find the real reason but always tell you should do, but I already do as they said, they still tell me do so while I was failed in their system

Very bad customer service, they do not care about your reservations and blame it on the local hotel, while the hotel said have nothing to do with the website a real scam

I am writing this review . To bring to ppls attention that if you have any complaints about a stay at any Choice of sub branded hotel . Ie comfort inn hotel . And have a complaint about issues ie . Black mould . And potential extreme safety issue . As in a 70 mm 10 mm thick support post that is 90% rusted out . Which I luckily have pics of . Do not seem to be of any major health or safety concerns . Have to date had over 6 calls to Choice Australia . With no satisfaction . But was offered a complimentary privilege card . And some bonus points . For any inconvenience . Lol . I have since received a call from Choice USA . Who acknowledged that the complaint was valid and on a recorded call was told I would receive a refund . Once providing a booking no . Waited for a call no call . Contacted the US no . To provide the booking no . To then be told sorry we now can't give a refund as this is in Australia . After initial call saying it was the least that would be done as Black mould was not acceptable and passed a possible health risk . Then asked to hold to be transferred to Australia . But was just disconnected. So tried the Australia depth. To be told sadly no refund possible . As mentioned above do have several pics clearly showing multiple issues . I . Believe that this is such a dissapointing lack of response or interest. This is why I have written this review . To be treated so poorly and above issues deemed not important or serious . Is SAD to say at the least . And to not be willing or compassionate enough to at the least offer a refund of $220 Au . . I can not put into words how very frustrating and dissapointing this complaint has / hasn't been dealt with . In closing have cut up my privilege card . And would never stay in any choice or sub branded hotel again . Only wish pics could be attached . Very DISSAPOINTING CHOICE . TO SAY AT THE LEAST .

Choice Hotels clearly ignores the Mail Preference Service, which allows people to opt out of direct mailing. I am registered with MPS yet I still received unsolicited direct mail from "no" Choice Hotels. If a business does not abide by these rules then, in my opinion, it can't be trusted on any other level. I see from other reviews of their services that most people seem to agree with that. I would avoid them.

As you should know choice hotel is just a company name they franchise there name for the popularity to hotels such as days inn econo lodge and suburban lodge extended stay so every hotel experience will be different, however when you call the 800 number because you have problems they say they care and that they'll fix it ... What they mean to tell you is that you really should just call your lawyers because we are not going to help you solve this problem, doesn't matter if you a long tiem guest because you lost your home to a fire and you and your family have no choice but to stay at the cheapest hotel, need to save money so you call complaining that after 90 days your still being charged taxes (witch is against the law" or if your foot went through the floor because the hotel roof leaks and the time was looked allowing the rain from the hurricane to get under the tile and rot our floor ... So you had to take a trip to the emergency room be cause you fractured your foot while getting out of the shower..... Choice iotels will just call the front desk manager and cause more problems!!! They don't help solve the problem don't even bother calling them JUST HET A LAWYER

Extremely Problematic Company -

I have called them throughout the morning to make some reservations, rates kepts shifting in each call. Terms and conditions are much worse than those of 3rd party reservation companies (like vio), who I was initially trying to avoid. Their call center's apparent scripting requires consumer spends tremendous time trying to make a reservation, perhaps the tactic that car showrooms use to keep the consumer in the dealer as long as possible to feel they are "invested". Call center represents itself as hotel franchisor, not sure that this accurate. Maybe, it is. Then, they seem to be trying to sell you some type of time share or other service at the end of each call. I made one reservation with them, which they now refuse to cancel without permission from the hotel. The hotel will not answer any calls and the call center reviews to take up the issue and call them. Their phone systems "disconnected" two or three times, requiring more calls.

I joined one week ago I'm staying at one of the Hotels it's been a week in can't log into my account

Laura who works in the night, who fixed the TV in the room on her night shift on Noember 12th 2024... Breakfast lady i took her name on November 14th 2024...but i cant find due to the travel or what to say...or absent mindedness- very sincere, honest, good person at the breakfast table...she helps to take to the room in a comfortable manner..

My experience with choice hotels are
The kick back customer service and how quickly you get in room. They even give early check'in early then 3pm normal check in time plus they give late check out based on membership + based on behavior .integrity. 850 comfort inn, Mistletoe Ln Redding Ca,96002 rooms are huge and super clean, balconies are available ♥️ 😄 love the employees

Thanks for your great service. They fetched me up at Melbourne Airport at night and tried everything to make it comfortable for me. Clean rooms, very friendly, full recommendation.

We received an invoice for US$ 387.63 for our stay (2 nights). This is completely fine. Additionally, our debit card was charged US$ 50.00. I have emailed the hotel and Choice about this three times and have not received a response to date.
What was the amount of US$ 50.00 debited for?

Generally speaking, I like staying at the Comfort Inn in Tucson; however, this time, when I tried to book the room, because I didn't pay $10 for the trip interruption coverage, they were going to charge my card immediately instead of waiting until the date that I was supposed to check in. I live in Tucson and this is my getaway on occasion so I don't need to pay extra for the trip interruption. Since they are now charging so far in advance, I will no longer be doing business with them. I am a long time client and that cute little trick just made them go by the wayside for me like any Wyndham hotels.

Also, just to let you know, the email address that was included on TrustPilot is an invalid email address so if you're expecting a response, don't.

Hotel was fine, it's their emails that are a major nuisance. I've 'unsubscribed' about 20 times, yet they are still coming every week. Very annoying.

THIS GROUP CHEATED ME! I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE THE ROOM RATE. I CALLED TO MAKE A RESERVATION AND ASKED THE DUDE, IF HE WAS AT THE HOTEL I CALLED AND HE SAID YEEEES!!! TURNS OUT THE LIAR WAS NOT AND HE WAS A THIRD PARTY RIP OFF. BEWARE OF RADISSON. DOUBLE THE RATE ON 2 ROOMS!! DON'T GO THERE DO NOT USE RADISSON!!

I used them for a year, three to four nights a week. I'm a nurse practitioner and had to travel for work. I applied for my free gas points at the end of the year, which was $250.00. I never received them. I then argued back and forth with them, including offering bank statements for about eight months. In the end they basically called me a liar and ignored me. Very disappointed in the company and the employees lack of professionalism.

SCAM COMPANY- DO NOT BOOK THROUGH CHOICE!!! Would love to give ZERO stars but can't. I searched online and booked a hotel for a football game in Athensin two weeks. The next day I find out the game is in Atlanta. Called to cancel my reservation and they REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY!

Très mauvaise expérience avec Choice Hotels. En arrivant à notre hôtel Rodeway Inn (à Detroit-Romulus) réservé à l'avance nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de découvrir que l'hôtel avait fait faillite ! De plus, notre hôtel avait été prépayé ! Aucun mail et aucune offre de compensation financière ne nous ont été proposées par Choice Hotels. Nous avons été obligés de nous débrouiller pour trouver un autre hôtel à nos propres frais !!!
Payer pour un un hotel qui n'existe plus s'appelle du VOLE !!!

Very bad experience with Choice Hotels. When we arrived at our pre-booked Rodeway Inn (in Detroit-Romulus) we were very unpleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel had gone bankrupt! What's more, our hotel had been prepaid! Choice Hotels did not send us any emails or offer us any financial compensation. We were forced to find another hotel at our own expense!
Paying for a hotel that no longer exists is stealing!
