I would give the experience 0 stars if it was possible. I tried to book my friend a private birthday dinner here but the booking experience was terrible. The person dealing with my booking was replying late at night and every other day, time was going by, birthday was approaching and I was getting answers to simple questions 2 days later. Every time I called to chase a response (which is unacceptable in my opinion, especially when you are looking to spend a lot of money in an establishment) I was advised the person who deals with private bookings "works" from home so she can't be reached on the phone. The lack of replies from said person annoyed me because this is not the level of service I expect from such establishment. The customer experience begins from the time the customer gets in contact with you and you have failed at that first impression which left me with no choice but to book elsewhere and vow never to go back to this establishment for anything.

I booked a table for my friends 30th, I found that's Christopher's has let its standards go, the waitress I found was rude and we had to wait around 20 mins for drinks as she kept forgetting about us.
The last time I went was a year ago and it very good, hence why I booked again. Is it under new management? I felt embarrassed bringing my friend here on her birthday,
we will not be coming back.
