In my experience
In my experience, the staff at Yogurtland are often unpleasant. Today at Melrose, we asked for an extra spoon, and the staff began laughing and told us it would cost R1 for the extra spoon. They continued laughing, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
Unfortunately, I have also experienced unfriendly service at the Sandton branch. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, and this has not been my experience.
