Feel comfortable throughout the process and always available at the other side of the phone to answer my questions. Would 100% recommended if you are looking for a hair transplant.

My entires hair transplant experience from the consultation to the surgery was next to none. I was a bit anxious on the day of the surgery but Dr Mohamed explain everything to me step by step. The team around me were professional and organised. Jay , took pictures using the latest Ai machine. He assured me that everything will be fine . It’s been 3 weeks now and my family have noticed my hair growth. Also, the deal was great , pay a deposit and apply for the remaining on finance which was 0%. This was so helpful and the application process was done online and it was such an easy process . I will recommend anyone for hair transplant at Citi Clinics as it’s , affordable , professional and an amazing deals as it contains 3 Free PRP which altogether is worth nearly £1150. I even received a courtesy call the next day from Jay and Dr Mohamed to check if I’m doing well. The doctor even gave me his personal number should I require to contact him if any issues arises. The email contained a post operation procedures and I was even given a hard copy of what to do and what not to do post procedure. It was not a complicated process . Extra spray, bandages and anticeptic wipes was given post operation . The receptionist was so helpful and she populated my health form before I even arrived and I completed the remaining questions . She clarified part of the form I was not sure about . She doubled check with her manager and it was clarified . On the way to the surgery room she asked me how I was feeling and I said I was a bit nervous but she reassured me that I am in good hands . She was right , I never felt so comfortable during such a long surgery which started 9.30 and ended at around 3pm. I was even offered blanket during the surgery and it was a bit chili and calm music was played to keep myself calm . Well done for the great job . What a team . Keep up the good work. The place was clean and very high class and free lunch was provided . On the day of surgery pre operation ,Jay asked me if I have any allergy prior purchasing my lunch which was so considerate . I will rate citi clinics hair transplant experience 10 out of 10

I don’t often leave reviews. But I feel these guys deserve it after my second FUE hair transplant with City Clinics.
I had my first hair transplant with City Clinics about six years ago (only to the front receding parts of my hairline – with fantastic results btw!) but unfortunately genetics & getting old sucks and as such, I started losing my hair in the middle and on the crown!

My second transplant: I will say… I did shop around and found cheaper quotes or similar prices to City Clinics but I just found the others to be far too pushy with their sales and demanding deposits “before the price goes up”! I also read reviews on the cheaper ones, and they are generally Hair Mills (several patients in one day and inexperienced technicians), and just the general consensus is that they want your money as soon as possible!

City Clinic’s on the other hand were very relaxed, no pushy sales, no demanding deposits and no deadline dates! Jey for City Clinics was great… he reassured me on all aspects detailed pre-and post up guidelines and was always on hand for any questions at any time prior and post op. The surgeon Dr Mohamed was also great, very friendly and had time for you (pre and post op too). Both great guys and very down to earth… you are the only one having the procedure on the day so their attention is fully undivided on you. The girls helping the procedure were welcoming and lovely too, always checking on you to see if you were okay. I travelled from Sheffield to London for this and planned on travelling back to Sheffield – Jey kindly arranged accommodation for me on the day which was great (and needed)!

This is your body remember and it’s how you look (its whole reason you are doing it for)!

Price over quality not quantity - If it’s too good to be true, it probably is! 😊

Dr Mo was very friendly and professional, addressed all my needs. The staff was really courteous and put me at ease throughout the procedure. My hair took a while to grow but eventually my hairline was restored and my confidence was finally back. I would 100% recommend city clinics for your hair needs.

This place is awful. The Doctor was absent for a large part of the surgury, the HT was done by technicians who were clearly not skilled enough to do it. They completely butchered my hair and the doctor signed off on the final result. I’m now left scarred. Clearly they don’t care and don’t know what they’re doing.

You’re dealing with people’s lives here, if you care so little, then you should pick another career. Now I have to fly to Turkey to fix this mess.

Edit: They’re now claiming, they don’t remember me. I’ve looked on their website and its definitely that place. I may have mixed up the date.

Dr Mo was in charge of my hairtransplant over a year ago. The first thing to know, is the clinic is underground and not a medical center. Two clinitions do the grafting and talk and get distracted. They drew the wrong line on my head, so it my hair looks awful. Dr Mo came in the room once. The rest of the time he was somewhere else. When he was there, he added lots of triple grafts, so the hairline looks pluggy and unnatural. I can’t leave the house without a hat now.

Very efficient and professional in everything they do. I’m very happy with their services and would recommend to everyone who wishes to get their new look and confidence. Thank you so much guys

Got a hair transplant last year, great job and after care a follow up was exceptional 👏

I am writing this review a year after my surgery, so it’s fair to say I can give feedback now on the whole experience, after care and the results. I highly, highly recommend Dr Mo and his team. From the initial consultation where he explained things clearly, and most importantly managed my expectations. I visited several other clinics prior to this, and many of them just felt like they were trying to sell me a product rather than actually explaining what can be achieved and what results can be expected for my personal circumstances.

Surgery was good, very attentive and took great care of me through what is a very long and uncomfortable procedure.

After care is second to none. Regular check ups, communication with Dr Mo and his team. Always prompt replies and there for any questions or concerns I had during the initial recovery period.

The results year on are fantastic. I have the front done. (Dr Mo explained that to do the full head including crown would have negative impacts on the donor area and ensured I only had the number of grafts that would allow full and unnoticeable recovery of the donor area). My crown is now an area I am very conscious about, simply because the rest of my hair now looks so good. I will have no hesitation in returning to City Clinics in the future to have further transplants done.

This Dr. Mohamed that some of you talk about with pleasure did a hair transplant on me when he was working at Harley street clinic, every time I look at my hair I wish I could hold it in front of me and slap it , this idiot doctor who I only saw in the operating room for 5 minutes , destroyed my hair , 07713745698 who you want I send you pictures just contact me , when you want to do a hair transplant , make sure that if you don't like something, make these Id…ts pay, if you read the text, don't be fooled by what these doctors say, to make your hair look good, you need at least 2.3 transplants, which means a cost of 10000 -15,000 lire, so if you are not financially prepared, don't do it. Beware of this doctor Mohamed look at his pictures and spread everywhere for everyone to see I don't want to ruin anyone's career but this idiot has ruined my life I have moments when I want to go to him to the clinic and …..

Im only 3 days after surgery so nothing to report yet on the hair growth which is expected.
The service i have received from start to finish from Dr Mohamad & the girls has been 1st class.
