City Tiles and Bathrooms Opiniones

There are no words!
Lenny, Matthew and all the staff were second to none!
Not one single thing was an issue and I plagued them for months with stuff I needed. Anyone I came in contact with in city tiles was polite, helpful and courteous!!

We have highly recommend City tiles bathroom to anyone who will listens!!

I've used City Tiles and Bathrooms (Dublin) a couple of times to source bathroom furniture and tiles. Always a pleasure to deal with; great range, staff are really helpful, prices are good. Most recently I was having trouble with a part in my concealed shower, which I'd bought back in 2018 from them. These parts are very specific to the individual shower (it was a flow cartridge) but they sourced a replacement part quickly. Matthew was really responsive to all of my contacts and I'm happy to say that the new part fixed the issue. Many thanks . 100% recommend

From the moment we walked in the door of City tiles and bathroom we were given a lot of help and guidance choosing the design of our bathroom. We were blown away with the final result. Our bathroom looks like something out of a hotel. Thanks guys!

City Tiles and Bathrooms in Northpoint Business Park were absolutely amazing in helping me to find the tiles I wanted at the price I needed. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m a first time buyer so the wide range of tiles was very daunting at first but Veronica went above and beyond, giving me her time, patience and advice to help me make my decision. I must’ve visited the store at least six times and every time I was greeted with the highest standard of customer service. It was so nice to be greeted with friendly faces, including Karen who stayed beyond her working hours to assist me. My over-all tile shopping experience was really made so much easier by all the staff at this store. Financially, they are so understanding and very capable of working with your budget too. You should definitely give them a visit!

Great experience, loads of information provided in a professional manner.
Would definitely recommend

Very professional and timely service. After much research, I found city tiles had the best prices, choice, quality and customer service. I dealt with Mike and he couldn't do enough for me. Everything was tailored to my needs. Ive tiled my bathroom, kitchen and utility. Very happy overall. I wont be going anywhere else.

Really friendly staff and very knowledgable, and helpful!

Top notch after sales service by the team at City Tiles and Bathrooms. They sourced a part damaged on installation and replaced it free of charge. Great communication along the way. Would highly recommend.

A great experience in City tiles. Found exactly what I needed and all the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and gentlemen to deal with would highly recommend for anyone thinking of using them.

I would be extremely cautious in dealing with this retail company! I have had nothing but hassle with them, customer service is extremely poor. Manager did not return my calls or respond to my messages. When I arrived to the shop he was very defensive. We were sold a shower tray which was the wrong size and shower door which was also the wrong size despite me giving them the correct measurements! The outlet for the sink was the incorrect one and when we visited the Limerick store, we were told that they didn’t have the correct one. No offer of refund nor credit. Manager Joe refused to take the items back so we had to repurchase the correct sized items from another company. Our plumber informed us that he has had many clients who have similar problems with this shop.

Great business
