Shame about the shoes though.

I contacted Clarks Outlet as was disappointed with my purchase as the buckles on the Doodles pumps were different to their website photograph. Even though I said I would keep them as they were a gift for my Great Niece, they contacted me to apologise and sent me a full refund, without delay. This was a very pleasant surprise, as didn't expect it. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and for acting so quickly. Would definitely recommend, hence 5 *****

Candice is very friendly, helpful and professional. I cannot thank her enough for quickly addressing and resolving my problem (incidentally the issue was with the delivery firm Hermes rather than Clarks) I wish I had contacted Clarks Outlet sooner!

Had to contact Clark’s outlet as I had not received my refund after 3 weeks, candice who dealt with my call was so helpful and had my refund sorted very quickly. The problem lay with Hermes, Also my order from Clark’s a month before was delivered to wrong address 2 streets away!!! Thank you candice for all your help, Clark’s should seriously think about using a different courier .

Definitely fraudulent. clarks outlet.com. ensure its clarks outlet.co.uk you order from.
Ordered boots in early December .Never came had to claim money back off my bank.
Contacted e mail address on order only to get an automated reply.from China.
Contacted clarks uk with order No to be told it was not their order.

This is a fraud company they showed me different amount on the website and charged me 15£ extra and to top it all have not replied to my refund request that I made within 20 minutes of my order have informed my card company too and need a full refund from them. Beware

Pleased with boots - £100 less than original price, and cheaper than outlet stores.
I ordered between Christmas & New Year - a simple addition to the order confirmation, website, or the email advising me of the sale that deliveries would be delayed until after the New Year would have been really helpful - over a week before they were dispatched; one gets so used to Amazon etc and next day deliveries.
No issues on this occasion, but my heart sank when I realised they use Hermes as a courier - usually awful!

Coupled with Hermes delivery, an absolute disaster. Waiting on a refund for almost a month. I may as well have flung the box into the sea.

Called customer service, and the package was not delivered, despite Hermes saying it was.

The guy on the phone, Ken, did a manual refund and was very polite and apologetic.

Phoned to check where my refund is (said within 14 days which is not acceptable anyway) hadn't been processed but was done when I rang, 3 days later and still not showing in accounts, so have been down £90.00 for 17 days right before Christmas. Will not be ordering online again for clarkes.

I bought shoes from Clarks Outlet online for my husband. Despite being his usual size from them they did not fit. We returned them and did not receive our money back. They answered the first email but then blanked us. They asked for the Hermes return ticket number which we eventually found but though they promise the money when you phone they continue to absolutely ignore us even when we write to the new email they gave us. So now we have neither the shoes nor the money. So frustrating. I thought they were an honest straightforward company but apparently not. Don't buy from them online.

Terrible customer service. I ordered shoes on the 4th of July, and never received them. I emailed on the 12th of July to ask what had happened to them and got no reply. Emailed again on the 22nd, asking if they could look into where the shoes were, and if they weren't delivered by then end of the week I'd like a refund. Then without any notification, no chat, i got a refund on the shoes. So after an 18 day wait I have no shoes, and got my money back. Search for shoes continues with no help from Clark Outlet. Just a total waste of time.

Agree with the reviews below. Very poor customer services, emailed twice without response after 7 days. Tracking stops so no answer there. Where is my refund???

Complete radio silence from their side on a faulty pair of shoes. Really poor. Never buying from them again.

Poor customer care, failed to respond to requests overdue by weeks, do not refund customers appropriately. Doesn't support chasing missing goods via the courier or insurance. I will never use this service or business again.

Shopped with Clarks for years, but having had a poor customer service experience recently, it's goodbye from me.
Previously had a couple of pairs of extremely comfy, gore tex shoes. No longer available, so tried some Momo Spirit, which seemed very similar. Ordered online, so didn't try until they arrived. Seemed ok, on carpet, in lounge! Decided to begin wearing, and then realised the comfort stopped there!!! Persevered, for a while, (assumed a degree of 'wearing in' may be required), but then, due to my feet being cut by an ill-made shoe, in my opinion, stopped wearing them and attempted to advise Clarks of the issue. Basically, after struggling to find a contact number, resorted to emails. Slow responses and a general level of disinterest in helping, resulted in unusable shoes and nobody interested in investigating the issue further. Very unhappy with treatment, by a company with such a high standing, in the quality footwear market.
