You know sometimes, when you think to yourself, "was it me?"... Well if you have dealt with clearance from the UK... I can assure you it was not.
The co-owner (stated as Sharon Evans) appears to lack the communicative skills in dealing with people...
I cannot recommend this company to anyone, least of all anyone wanting to buy or sell their French property, through clearance.
My recommendation would be to search the property that you are interested in, via another agency.. and if you have given exclusivity to them, then more fool you...get out of it as soon as you can.

Useless company, wanted to view a property, been a week now and no response. ANYONE who has a property in France, please use someone else, this company has no isea of service

Never trust this agent she will leave you out of pocket as is incompetent to arrange viewings promises the earth then lets you down

I am not sure if this agency really exists or its a scam !!
every time I contact them regarding a property, which is advertised on their website as available, someone called Sharon replies promptly that it is not available
I have tried calling them many times, without success, they are definitely a GOST Agency...

Don't bother. Unreliable information about important features of french properties. We asked if one of their properties had a fosse that conformed with regulations only for Sharon to tell us "i think you'll find most fosses require work - so budget on 6000 euros +" ... only to find that the property (visited through a French agent) had a fosse that conformed... and we ended up buying it. If we'd listened to clefrance we wouldn't have even visited it (as indeed we didn't with them ...). Having bought 7 properties over the years we'd say go for a local French agent every time ...
