Total scam. Paid in advance in full and received a request to complete guest registration and provide my flight details and await check in instructions. 24 hours before arrival had not received any instructions so emailed 7 times telephoned 5 times, submitted online contact form and messaged by wattsapp but received no reply. Totally scammed and lost my money and had to find alternative accommodation. Do not use this company. It's a scam.

Lägenheten vi hyrde via Airbnb med Guest&click som värd var full med stora 3,9inch (1dm) orangea kackerlackor plus möss. Från dag 1 frågade vi om lådorna som var utplacerade överallt i lgh och fulla med kackerlackor. Pestcontrol kom dit och fixade fällor för mössen och plockade bort ytterligare döda kackerlackor och vi får ingen kompensation av värden. Vi får 10% av Airbnb men det är ju ingenting. Rent lurendrejeri

Terrible host.
The apartment we rented via Airbnb with Guest&click as host was full of large 3.9inch (1dm) orange cockroaches plus mice. From day 1 we asked about the boxes that were placed everywhere in the apartment and full of cockroaches. Pest control came there and fixed traps for the mice and removed additional dead cockroaches and we are not getting any compensation from the host. Who wants to stay in an appointment full of cockroaches and mice? Airbnb is giving us 10% refund that’s a joke. It’s Pure scam
