Total package solution, now with excellent customer service
Ever since they revamped the customer support process, my overall outlook on ClinicSource has gone from that of a great practice management system with unfortunate customer service to a total package consisting of great software and excellent support. Having particular reps assigned to my account just changes the whole experience. Nikole is a great example of a customer service rep that takes the time to understand my needs and makes the effort to find a solution even when the issue is, for example, a device or computer issue and not directly a problem with ClinicSource itself. Nikole quickly learned the way I communicate and works around my lack of technical expertise to figure out my issues and work toward a solution. Is there anything I would change about ClinicSource? Sure, but that would require an unfathomable investment to build and maintain a system specific to the unique needs of our practice. Short of that, I don't know of anything else on the market that would be better and more adaptable as a front to back practice management software for our pediatric therapy practice.

Clinic Source and the new Parent Portal feature !!!
Support at Clinic Source was very quick and efficient in setting up the parent portal feature. They went quite far above and beyond and actually created the templates from our registration materials. Very very grateful for the Clinic Source team and the amount of time and overhead expense this system saves us!
