Sadly we had to check the legality of shipping the items you had ordered into your country.
As you will be aware it is illegal to do so and so we have refunded your order in full.

Used the free postage (4-6 days), received my order within 2 days.
Surprised by extras added.
Packaged well, delivered quickly, I will be using Cloudstix again.

What i find incredible here is this is your 96th order! So for 95 times we have given you an amazing service and you didn't review us. The one time a mistake was made you give us the worst review as though we are a scam site !
We have spoken to the staff member whom took your call.
She did everything she promised so your review is a little harsh to say the least.
To confirm when you called at the end of play on Friday the next day we could send the items was Monday.
This was done and done first class. So the item should have been with you before now.
We shall investigate this now and also be in touch directly ourselves on the contact details you gave !
