Great company
Found this site by accident, I wanted a cheap voopoo drag vape and they was advertising them for less than a tenner so I took the risk and bought 2, I paid £6 extra for next day delivery because royal mail can't be trusted anymore, I'm still waiting for parcels from royal mail that was ordered over a month ago, anyway the items arrived the following day at a bargain price, I am well pleased at the price and delivery service

I ordered grape lost mary disposables and 5 days after my order was taken and accepted i was advised they were out of stock, also ordered 2 grape elf sticks and a cotton canday elf stick and 5 days later rang to be told the products werent available

We have had a few issues with our stock system on certain lines at the start of this year.
The third party tech company have now resolved this issue and hopefully this should not happen again.

Top class Ordered 3 bottles of e liquid
Ordered 3 bottles of e liquid, they came in good time. When I opened package there were only 2 bottles in there, phoned them and they sent out a replacement straight away.

First time visiting a cloudstix store…
First time visiting a cloudstix store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wanted a mod that wasn't in store so they called the other nearby shop and had it reserved for me.
Helped with getting a good deal on some e-liquids with thier current offers and with picking a tank. I would definitely recommend using the store/site good deals to be had and loyalty points to be earnt.

We have put several announcements out on the website and sent emails to customers. The Royal Mail have had severe strikes which has caused chaos in the delivery networks having a knock on effect with DPD and other couriers.
You can see from your emails and order history that we shipped your order, as normal, very fast and on time.
The reason your order is delayed is simply down to the RM back logs of which the Royal Mail are a third party company of which we have zero control over.
Therefore we feel your review of 3 stars based on delivery time is quite harsh considering we have communicated this very well to other customers whom have been more than understanding.
The issues with the delivery services and strikes have also been widely reported in mainstream news so i am surprised you seem unaware of the problems with UK mail right now.
All we can do is apologize for the Royal Mail whom, again to confirm, are a third party company that delivery for 90% of companies in the UK.

Linda, we have explained privately how your order would have been delayed due to the Royal Mail striking that occurred during the item being processed through the Royal Mail network.
We have zero control over this and yet sent you proof that we did indeed fulfil our orders by shipping your items the same day.
Therefore a 3 star review is harsh considering you are marking us down because of another company striking ?
