Online services is too worst, I have order and got delivered very late after then I put on exchange and now it's 1.5 months there is no pickup from there side after many followups from clovia. Please guys don't buy online products.

They don’t even deserve a star most pathetic customer services and unprofessionalism! No refunds they asked me to self courier the items with no refunds

The quality of their products are very poor. Recently they gave me products that are not at all cotton..it starts itching when you wear it. Not at all reliable. I was also previously scammed by clovia by not delivering the product

i was thrilled to find a company where i could order a variety of clothing and accessories and have them delivered because i have difficulty getting around. sadly, this was a scam. they promised delivery, and nothing came. beware!!

I had a terrible experience with Clovia. I placed an order worth around ₹2000 two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. The website kept pushing the delivery date further out, even though the tracking ID showed the package had already reached a nearby facility. When I contacted customer support, they assured me it would be delivered soon. But after following up again via email two days later, I was suddenly told that my order had been cancelled.

Waiting for two weeks only to have the order cancelled without proper communication is completely unacceptable. This kind of service shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time.

Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

The quality was poor and even after almost one month I have not received refund.

The company does not give any proper updates or eesponses to the questions about the order placed. Their logistic partners ShadowFax is similar, always sensing out updates saying could not contact when the attemp itself was not made. One of my orders was returned even without attempting a delivery. My recent order is also with updates saying they tried to contact when it has not happened till now.
The customer care only copy pastes their normal responses and never give a proper response. The same response, issue escalated to logistic team.
This coming from such a big online organization is pathetic.

I made an order December 09-2025 and have yet to receive the order it is now February 10-2026. I received a notice that the order was delivered and No package/packages received Not One ever received at all. I responded on numerous emails stating that I had not received any orders. I was also asked to look around other homes in my neighborhood. Are you serious? Thats not what i paid you for. Your courier is the person who needs to be responsible for making the correct delivery or find another job. I have requested by email numerous times asking for the courier information/phone number and address to try to contact them to resolve this issue with the package. No information on how to contact the courier was provided still. Anyway, after contacting the customer service care team. I was assured that I would receive another order with the same items, I never received any of my 13 items and it's been 2 months now and no full refund. I think everyone should contact the proper authorities, banking institution and the BBB to put it on record for a full investigation. This is a global and local issue that needs to be addressed. Let's stand together and make sure this stop. People are losing their money to not be receiving what they paid for and seemingly to be a SCAM. Thanks!

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel like I have to. I to got scammed. I place my order then I couple of weeks later I got confirmation that my order was delivered. I contacted the company and they told me that it was delivered and that if I don’t have it I should go check if the order was delivered to one of the houses in my neighborhood. I told that I wasn’t going to do that and asked for proof that my order was delivered and was not provided with one. Then they said that they were supposedly sorry and they were going to ship me out another order. Well a couple a days ago the same thing happened, I never received my order. So I emailed them again tell them what happened again and their response was that they were going to supposedly going to refund me only 70% because according to them they are getting scammed also. TOTAL SCAM

I would prefer to give zero stars.
What a rip off! Took my money and delivered nothing. Sent emails, messages through the website, nothing.
Do not do business with them unless you’re looking to lose money! Shame on them. Robbing the public.

Your company is providing pathetic service. Till now I haven't received my refund it's been 20 days. The agents just copy paste there script "Apology for the inconvenience caused to you, As we have checked due to some operational issues, your shipment has been returned to our warehouse and the refund amount will be initiated from our end once the order reaches our warehouse." This is how clovia works. The items got cancelled from clovia ends and they are not refunding my money. This is a big disappointment. I will never buy items from clovia.

i wouldn't even give 1 star to Clovia for the services they provide i ordered 3 bras on 3rd Sept it's 19th sept today and still the order is not delivered. It's a pain to get through the customer care. also, they removed 1 product due to quality issues & still the order is not delivered. worst service ever

The clovia staff decides to cancel my order because they wanted to hike the price of a certain product for which I had placed an order.
Very unreliable service and I am travelling next week for which I don't know what to do now. It is such a pain to get through a customer service executive on a call. The reason they give for cancellation is quality issue. What more to say the staff herself is saying that the company has product quality issues. I happened to lose my discount coupon also with this order

This the worst ever services I seen. I am struggling since 1 month to return product but no response from clovia team and alway telling same things on call. No email response.

I have placed order no. 23343547 on 10th June, 2025 amounting to Rs. 1,711 which is prepaid. It's been almost a month, my order has not been delivered and I am not getting any sensible updates from team Clovia. Your customer care number doesn't work, so the customer have no other option other than email. Your team sticks to rigid replies which are previously drafted and are sent back to every mil query raised by me about my order.

Your team has said that once they receive the order on there store they will credit me clovia coins and again I have to place request to transfer that coins into my upi account.

First of all, if I have not received my order I have right to get my money back, whatever your reason may be it's your internal affair, and it should not be conveyed to customer. But your brand, asks only customer to co-operate. My money is blocked for a month already.

Now I don't need your products and not going to visit clovia in near future after getting my refund.

It's a serious concern how you block your customers money. And have no answers.

It's the last time I am mailing your team. I need to file complaint for online fraud on Clovia.

Shittiest Customer service... worst logistics and delivery service... they lie and send different products to what you've ordered and then say that they'll refund but never do anything even after several followups.

It should be named as Worst and a con company Clovia!

Their Products are of bad quality. I received an old and ugly innerwear which looks like used. And when I contacted customer service they say innerwear cannot be returned or refunded.
Then I called their grievance manager and call ended up with customer service again. They are just scamming indians
