Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire Opiniones

Good details about properties and reasonably priced. Smooth online booking.

Easy to book and great price. I just never received a confirmation email of the booking so I had to call to check the property had been reserved. It had and the confirmation email was received whilst still on the telephone, so all sorted very quickly.

Good communication from booking to holiday . Ease of booking and wide choice of properties. Cottage matched description

Very easy website to follow .All details available. Booking a very simple operation.

the appartment was brilliantly set up, clean and the arrival instructions were very clear. We had a fabulous stay. thank you.

Great stay in a lovely cottage. Queries were answered quickly and sorted out.

Good experience but I haven’t received email confirmation after 24 hours so can’t give more than 3 stars

The location of the cottage could hardly be better. It’s off the beaten track, quiet, surrounded by nature and bird life and so incredibly close to the coastal path. The instructions for directions and access were good. The cottage was very comfortable. However it could do with an interior update and a deep clean. It was reasonably clean but there were neglected corners. Despite this observation we loved our stay there for the peace and quiet and the beauty of its position

Outstanding service from start to finish.

Easy booking process

Prompt and efficient response and booking information.

Booking was simple and a great bargain as well. Thank you so much.

I have had great service and experiences with Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire.
The properties we have had are always excellent. Pembrokeshire is a great place to visit.

Instructions to house were excellent and description of property on site was informative and good communication building up to holiday .They responded quickly to an issue we had with hot water. Would have been better to have more cleaning products

We had some issues with a property we had booked via Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire and the company were brilliant. Really responsive, understanding and kept us up to date with regular communication. And we got a small refund for the disappointing experience we had.

It was an easy and straight forward process.

Staff helpful and details on line seemed to be very comprehensive. However the confirmation email did not arrive until I rang the next day. A member of staff told me there is a glitch in the computer system. This happened the previous time I booked as well. Irritating.

Easy to book and receiving back confirmation along with everything we need to know.
