Excellent experience and product
I spent quite a bit of time searching for the perfect gift - and definitely found it. A few issues with the delivery (due to royal mail not the company), however Cocktail Crates went above and beyond helping me resolve it.
Would definitely recommend!

Lost order but good customer service
Sadly, the order was lost and never received, which isn’t the best. However, the customer service was excellent, assumed responsibility and refunded promptly, so I would order again. I know a lot of carriers have failed this Christmas, hopefully a learning curve for next year.

Far too expensive Irish coffee gift box.
I bought the Irish coffee gift box and I’m afraid I was disappointed by the contents in terms of the price I paid for actually quite little. Three 50ml bottles of Jamiesons Whisky, two 50ml bottles of cane sugar, a small tin of cream and a few sachets of instant coffee. The gift box whilst adequate was not exactly luxurious. Sorry, but I won’t be buying again.

Bought as gift. No response sent to email asking for billing info to be removed when the package was sent out, or whether adding a gift note was possible.
Not the service I expected. Will think twice before using again.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and please accept our apologies for this - it certainly doesn't meet our usual high service standards!
We have done a bit of digging into this, and believe your email may have been missed in the craziness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday (we can see that your order was placed on Cyber Monday). Whilst it is no excuse, Cyber Monday was one of the busiest sale days in the history of Cocktail Crates, and we think your email may have been missed due to manual error - apologies for this.
However, the good news is that we don't include billing info on orders as standard practice. A large proportion of orders are purchased as gifts, so we never include pricing or billing info on the packing slips.
In relation to gift notes, this is something we offer free of charge as part of any order - customers simply need to add their gift note at checkout, and it will be added to the parcel. We can see that no gift note was added to your order, and because of the speed of dispatch, it is unlikely that we would have been able to manually intervene and add a note due to the high volume of orders in this busy period (orders received are picked / packed / dispatched in just a few hours).
We would love to look into this in more detail, and see if we can find a resolution to this failure - we have your email, so will drop you a note now.

Fantastic kits - all you need to get the cocktail buzz !!!
Absolutely love these kits ! My good friends bought me the espresso martini set for my 50th - love the way its presented - all the ingredients are there with full instructions - and so delightfully packaged - I loved it so much , i bought 4 more kits - myself and my girlfriend loved the strawberry dacquiris whilst in the hot tub ! Also bough Mojito , prosecco cocktails , and white russian ! Seriously , great gifts , and they taste amazing ! 5 star !

The cocktail crate looks great
The cocktail crate looks great. Nicely packaged in a sturdy box. Well bubble wrapped.
The postage was slow however. It took a full week to arrive, even though it said 2-3 days when I ordered. It arrived the day after I needed it as a gift which was unfortunate.
