Very helpful at first but then when i went to buy a larger amount of bitcoin they failed to respond to me, at all, admins ignore messages, furthermore they promise fast transactions saying 7 mins at the fastest and 45 mins at the latest but have taken my money and been waiting for almost 5 times the length

I've used this site a few times. The experience is quick if you're using it during weekdays. I wouldn't use it for large amounts as the site is not protected/regulated by the FCA nor is your money held in escrow. You have to use bank transfers (this has been fine so far), so no charge back facility.

Having said that all the transactions have gone through fine (except those started on the weekend which are completed on Monday).

Fantastic service. Had to wait for verification till Monday (it's take up to 1 WORKING day), but it was hassle free. After that it took me less than 10 min when I had bitcoin in my wallet. Definitely recommend it!

I've had a total of six transactions with them and every single one was up to high standard! They make sure everything is okay and they even text you once the coin has been sent to your wallet! talk about fantastic experience! The only factor i'm disappointed about is the waiting time, they mentioned that it will take 15 to 30 minutes to be transferred, but this isn't true as my last transaction took about 1 - 2 hours to be delivered. But i genuinely think they can improve apart that, they're really good at what they do and if anyone is skeptical about ordering bitcoins from this site, please don't. I'd strongly recommend them! 5/5 A+++++++++

A glitch with a new part of the website meant Dax led me through what I wanted manually on a Friday evening - personal service rarely gets better than that!

few things that might swing you to use these guys
1. fast - orders come through sometimes in as little as 5 minutes. never waited more than 15 minutes
2. Dax and the team are top notch at customer service, I have sometimes fudged my orders and I have never had an issue getting it resolved.
3. Offers! - Just got a fiver for free for being a regular customer, also CoinCut love round numbers so sometimes will get a discount on orders.

Final note: although there are (ever so slightly) cheaper ways of getting BTC this is by far the simplest and safest

Hello ive tried a few different places to buy bitcoin and this is by far the easiest, dax is a really cool guy! how ever i dont like to give my ID's out!! but i know its same everywhere. they said its all stored in a safe place. recommended

I have been using Coincut for a while, I can honestly say the customer service provided is second to none. A+
