If there was a zero stars I would have selected that.3 months later and still no sign of delivery.

I am accepting the fact I wasted my money and time buying here but I have learned a valuable lesson that local is the best choice when possible. (Local can mean more than just your city, country in my opinion. Continent is my local.)

Understandable that covid has created many challenges for product movement but I think In this case it’s More a situation of buyer beware.

I've recently had dealings with Colamall brand same problems as everyone else. Their "warehouse "is an office block in Hong Kong. I managed to track down their address. If you go to Google maps and put in Bright Waytower No33 Mong Kok Road you should see where they are. Their trading name appears to be: Cola Technology International Co.Ltd. Unit 04,/F. I am a customer who is cheesed off getting no replies to my correspondence and just found out that the tracking number given does not work with any of the major carriers. I think that I have been taken for ride. Unless I hear anything different. Don't hold out much hope.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy phone case b4 covid happen. I get the delay. so i email them to upgrade my case no longer have that phone case. So my old case comes 6mos later. I've sent 30 emails back in forth. I swear a child is responding to my emails. they agreed to let me keep the case. they sent me a coupon code for the case I want.
this gets funny as well. the coupon code said it was for 19.99 but when putting in the code it took .85 off. What kind of BS is that.
oh oh but they took there money as soon as my order was placed and made me wait 6mos.
so over this company. the case I want was never really meant to be for me to get. Amazon can keep getting my money.
DINT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE / COMPANY THEY SUCK!

I ordered a Samsung phone case, from them. It took forever to arrive. I did a contest via PayPal a nd it got extended by PayPal. Guess what, it arrived during the extension. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures and was VERY POOR QUALITY. It wasn't worth the postage back to them, so I ate the money. Don't buy from these guys.

Don't do it. What you see on the site isn't what you get. And customer support is a joke. purchased thru pay pal, I'll look to get refunded thru pay pal

Yeah well I'm sorry I purchased from you. It will never happen again. It doesn't matter if I purchased it in May. I didn't open it til July. Nevermind you seem to be one of those companies that sell non quantity items. I purchased a case over 6 months ago. It still looks and works great. So I'll never buy from you again nor will I refer anyone to you.

This company is an absolute sham. They will take your money, you won't get your goods and when you question them about it they after over a week they just say not our responsibility. This is the problem with buying from these companies in China. So. E are OK, this one is most definatley not. Keep your money in your pocket or burn it with these guys. Steer
