I perchase a pair of f reading glasses they do not focus as they advitised i can see from far with then as wth out then close is worse ,wanted to return have to send to china,they claimed it will cost 50. to 80 dollars to ship I pay some 44.00 dollars. filling complaint with BBB,please do not buy anything from this company.thank you

I Bought two pair of shoes and they do not fit. I really like the shoes but need a smaller size. Can you help me with this? There was nothing in with the shoes to do this. thank you very much foe your help.

This was in late May all I want is a SMALLER size. I like the shoes. I am not sure of the date.

Worst company ever. Would not take a return and wanted me to pay shipping back to china. If I new the product was made there would not have bought it.

I ordered a heated vest size XS and received a medium. They were no help in returning the vest. I gave it to a friend. That is where I discovered it had no battery to charge. Now I am trying to go to the customer service and cannot get there. My computer warns me that this is not safe!

I purchased a heated vest before christmas 2022, it came fairly quickly so I thought, 'great'. However, the first thing I noticed was it didn't come with a battery. Ok, maybe I should have checked the small print more thoroughly. The second thing was the zipper was slightly defective with the bottom 'tooth' sticking out a little, making it tricky to fasten and feeling like it would break if it was forced. I tried Customer Services who were appalling. Didn't reply at first so tried again, when they replied and asked for a picture which I sent, then nothing for weeks, and even after a few polite chase emails, nothing. Shocking.. Now out of pocket for the whole thing. They shouldn't be allowed to trade like this.

Ordered a heated vest that was supposed to be "ready to use right out of the box". NO BATTERY INCLUDED! Ordered a medium but sent an XL. Shipped from CA but return shipping has to be to China!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will be handling this with my credit card company.

Ordered 4 vests in early December for Christmas gifts. they arrived in late December. The sizes were wrong. For example the XXXXXL was too small for a person 6' tall and 210 pounds. Although there are described as 'Heated " vests...only if you order the battery pack which is mentioned in small print. I attempted to return the vests and was informed that I had to pay the cost to return to China, which they estimated to be $80-90 (50% of the original order cost).

I bought three pairs of heated gloves, wore one pair for an hour, riding my electric bike, and the damn things fell apart, their products are garbage don’t buy from them.

I ordered a Hilpert heated vest, or at least I thought I did. It took weeks to get my product. I could instantly tell that the extra large that I ordered for my husband was not going to fit. When attempting to get an address to return the product, I was told I would be responsible for shipping, which would be an astronomical amount of money, or they would just give me an eight dollar refund. I refused. Still in the process of figuring out what is going on but I have my doubts. I’m thinking I may have been scammed. The only upside is that I did receive the vest. Not sure if it works yet though.

I thought the company was in NY didnt think it would take more than a week its been 14 days after reading reviews they are in China do not buy from this co.
