The image of Sursell shoes is totally different than what shipped from China. The 'cork' was poor quality rubber and the shoes were very different than their ads.
Do not buy from this company.
Took 2 months to receive and their sursell.com email is not valid.

I ordered two pairs of sandals and was looking forward to them for vacation. They arrived and were way too large for me. I emailed the support email provided on the website 3 times. They never responded. Would not recommend buying from them. The quality of the shoes was not great either - they had a terrible smell.

I purchased a pair of sneakers and they were slow getting to me, but about the time it takes for a package to come from overseas. I am very happy with my sneakers, they are orthopedic shoes and fit very well. I wear them often and would like to order another pair.

Do NOT purchase anything. Took forever and then the shoes were not correct size - their response was that I should by $35 shipping for replacement or they'd give me credit of $8 on another order. Very non-responsive, slow to respond if ever.

I ordered sandals. They were too wide. The RETURN Shipping address on the package was 5215 S Boyle Avenue Vernon CA 90058. When I tried to return them I was told they had to be shipped to China. US Post Office will not ship to China and the Fed Ex charges would be $148.00. They offered an $8 credit. Paypal was no help. There is no indication on the website that these were coming from China.

I wrote this review earlier in the day asking about my order and complaining about the lack of communication from this company. Well guess what, the shoes were in my mailbox at the end of the day! I am glad to have received them, they fit me and I will keep them but the quality isn't the greatest. Think I am done ordering from companies I have never heard of.

This has to be one of the worst products (shoes), I've ever ordered! Beware, they a cheap, cheap, cheap. The first shoe I tried on the strap broke because it was sewen with one flimsy thread! You've been warned.

I never received the purchased item. I don't know how to go about getting my money back as I didn't realize that it was coming from China. Not happy at all.

This Cola Technologies International is a fraud! I ordered the following early last year and i'm still waiting:

I purchased "arch support" shoes for $44. IT'S A JOKE! I would be too embarrassed to sell these. What are they thinking? I wouldn't even buy these shoes at a dollar store. Trying to get my money back now. We shall see. I might be back to review their customer service. At least I paid using PayPal and so I know my purchase is protected.

Received sandals and they were cheap material with a very strong adhesive odor. Have sent several emails requesting a refund and no response at all. I apparently have been scammed. Do not order anything from them.

I simply want to offer advice to those who didn’t receive their purchase or who haven’t been able to secure a refund through the company itself. You can file a claim with your credit card company disputing the charge.

Bought a pair of supposed ortho sandals and they are just plastic. They actually smell like the old style airplane glue. Horrible. Can't even send them back as they do not respond to emails or phone calls and do not provide a return address that I could find.

Order a pair, finally arrived after a month directly from China. Cheapest junk I have ever seen! Velcro on the sandal closure comes off after one use.
This company sells expensive JUNK !!!!

Received the wind sculptures and they don't work at all. Really is a scam and I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered these products. It would have saved me some money and had I known they came from China I would have not ordered them because nine times out of ten the product will be junk. Save your money and don't get scammed like I did.

I recently purshased a Whimsical Wind Sculpture. The ad showed a spinner that looked beautiful forward to the day it arrived entire sculpture stood less than 3 ft tall tiny silver circle that does not move in the wind. Do not make my mistake do not buy this piece of junk total Scam

I really enjoy the apron with my grandkids name on it. I can't waited to get my t shrits with there name on them too.
