Tried to communicate and and was told I had to pay to return a poor and crap product that didn’t work

I love my phone wallet. My only suggestion would be to make the ID slot long enough to hold an ID/driver's license. The snap closure prevents it from sliding all the way down, otherwise I love the cover.

Nice quality, light weight, appreciate the magnet, love the ring, slim and smooth.

Ordered KN95 face masks. Received KF94 face masks. Shipped from Zhao Meng in NY, USA. Will not refund $48.90 unless I pay for return shipping to CHINA. Scam. Bait-and-switch. Will never order anything from Colapa, Keilini, or Zhao Meng. They are all involved in this scam.

the service was good in getting the product but it peels off the leather surface it is attached to.

***All Defective Items***
A couple weeks ago, I left a review for a defective pair of golf shoes that I received. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes but one of them was defective. I emailed multiple times for exchange but all they said was $3 refund to get it fixed myself at a repair shop? HAHAHAHAHA
I was like forget it! and I still had the other pair. I was wearing it about 3 hours at golf course and front outsole got separated. I didn't even bother to email them because they don't give F@#$%@$^

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I purchased a pair of sandals. It took forever to receive them. They were not true to size and I wanted to exchange them for another size. This is the email I received from them.
Dear customer,
We are glad you got item, but sincerely sorry for the problem.
According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging. (I contacted them within their return policy)

If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return-shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse, will it be possible to offer $8 discount code to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.

I asked for a better discount code. They would not go any higher. I accepted the discount code and tried to reorder the sandal and it did not work. Here is their reply We are so sorry for that.
How about you make the order and then we refund you $8?

Of course I refused. I am not going to dispute this charge. Not sure if I can get my money back, but I will try.

Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to waste money. I received a pair of shoes in an incorrect size and they would not accept a return. Their customer service department told me that I should sell the shoes at a flea market or give them to a friend. Poorest customer service I have experienced. I was forced to dispute this with my credit card company.

It just took longer than I expected to receive the phone cover. It is really nice. I like it.

Product is nice but took awhile to get it. Does not tell you it comes from China when placing order.

ColaPa does not respond to emails sent and never confirmed my order by email. Everything looks good on the surface but once payment is sent there is no response at all. Without invoice or order confirmation sent there is no contact information other than an email address on the website. Sure looks like a scam.

Good service and product once again. Lots of options for styles, colors and sizes. Great prices too!
