I couldn't give this company a lower review. I ordered a pair of shoes and received the cheapest pair of junk shoes I've ever seen. No return label, no address to return the shoes to, no guarantee that you would ever see a refund. Avoid this company like you avoided Covid.

Terrible company or group or a group of scammers…. Ordered 3 wind mills …. None worked… I sent them video and pictures and they sent the same annoying email that they sent others that I only have 15 days to return it and I have to pay all the cost to ship it back and if it’s damaged in anyway or lost I will not get a refund …it cost $45 to send something back to China…do not purchase anything from them…so we already paid $137 to buy this junk and decided that they, based on the emails would tell me they never received the product back, so I didn’t want to pay another $45 to get it to China…the emails came from: Nora Support signed: Colapa

I ordered individually wrapped, KF94 face masks. Almost $50 for 20. What I received looked nothing like the picture. They were the cheapest, bulked packaged knock-off crap. I emailed them and asked to return and they replied I must pay for 1st class, insured postage to China which and if they receive unopened I might get a refund. Shipping cost more than the item. Why should I pay shipping to return misrepresented, knock off junk? ` This is a scam.

Was easy to order and really quick for delivery

I would give this product a minus. Do not waste your money. Even in 50 MPH winds it did not move. This company should be put out of business now. Frauds!

Colapa! Worst experience ever.. company promised to refund me partial refund if I took claim out of investigation status.. I did that but never got any portion of a refund! In fact, they stopped communicating with me altogether once they got what they wanted! They are deceptive, and take advantage by making promises they don’t intend to keep! Horrible customer service! Do not buy from these by liars!They only want your money then no more contact!

Bought two of these wanting to give one to my daughter. Product arrived broken due to poor welding. I attempted to find a number to contact the company and could not find one at the time. So, I took parts from each one to create one good one. It never worked even on days that were very windy. On top of that, it rusted less than a month later. First time I have ever rated anything good or bad. This should tell you how bad the product was and my frustration. Ran across this opportunity to write a review by chance. Fair waring, don't waste your money

My main complaint is my inability to get in touch with this company. I disputed the charge on my Visa bill and was only able to get here from the information they gave me. I have never received any product from Colapa.com.

This company is a scam, the masks are not certified as their fake US paperwork says and even those I returned the defective masks, I was not refunded the nearly $50 paid. PayPal protected them as well. Stay clear -- both are SCAM!!
Update: I provided all documentation of the returned masks, yet the company continues to say never received. Just stole my money with fake masks - a scam! Be careful!

I’m in Canada and I’m still waiting almost 2 weeks for iPhone cases. It says it’s at our airport for 2 days now. Anyone else having this problem?

The product I received, an earwax cleaning device does not work, is basically worthless. It was purchased through Keilini.com. It remains to be seen if anyone ever responds to my request for a refund and return instructions. As of now I cannot give any rating above zero. I will never purchase any product on-line again before thoroughly researching the company selling the product.
