Collekt is brilliant. Kept up to date with all new releases. Any questions regarding orders they have always been able to answer, they have always put my mind at rest when I have asked about orders. Before Christmas I won a toy, unfortunately it did not Work but the company was more than happy to send it back though 14 days had passed. To me that shows that there customers are very important to them.

Bought a pop off collekt, delivered in 2 days as promised, packaged really well. Collekt have a good site which is easy to navigate, really good competitive prices, really happy, would highly recommend 👍

Placed an order on 26/05/17 for Maleficent and 03/06/17 for the new lion king pops and they took 7 months to arrive.

Contacted the company page numerous times asking for an update. Received responses each time stating stock was expected soon and my orders would be sent as soon as the stock was received and the delay was caused by Funko sending the products to Collekt.

I messaged the company page again on 23/11/17 requesting an update. Response received 24/11/17 advising Maleficent was in stock and would ship the following Monday and Simba and Rafiki would be in stock within 7-10 days.

Email received 01/12/17 states no orders would be shipped until warehouse move was completed. Contacted the company again to query this and received a response advising Maleficent was in stock and would ship as soon as the warehouse move was completed.

The products were shipped on 08/12/2017 and received the next day. I was disappointed with how long it took to receive these two orders but I will still make future purchases for the Disney treasures box and hard to get pops

This is not a great company. Apparently they used to be good but not anymore. I've had issues with them on my first order. Cancelled an item and was told I'd get a refund. 8 weeks later no refund. Then the item was dispatched in error. They accepted it was their error but was told I'd have to pay to return it before I'd get a refund. Asked them to cover the postage to be told no and never got my refund. I wouldn't use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. First and last order with them. Now out of money. Beware before you order anything.

Do not use this company. Don't give refunds. Require you to pay return shipping for their errors. Send items out in error instead of giving refunds. Take money for preorders they don't have they charge you to cancel. Scam.

I am from Portugal and I Ordered Rick and Morty Mystery Box plus a POP from Harry Potter. They arrived in perfect conditions, super fast and they even had a shield pop protector.
Super awesome people on facebook always available to help and give details on anything needed.
100% the place I go to when I need a rare pop!

One of the best pop sites I have ever used. Great for getting hold of exclusives and hard to find pops. I love the HP boxes and Jess who puts them together is awesome checking your house and other details to make sure you receive the perfect box. Every item I’ve received has been brilliantly packaged in extra thick boxes, air cushioning, bubble wrap and foam to make sure your pops arrive in mint condition. Delivery is usually speedy but should there be a delay communication has always been brilliant. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have made several orders from collekt.uk and I am very pleased.I live outside UK so there is always a bit of delay but they always come through.In every case, there is a great customer service through the social media of the company, mostly.Packaging is always perfect.

Had massive issues receiving an item, they sent me the wrong item out and would not pay for it to be sent back to them. Still have not had postage refunded although had email from customer service representative saying they would, been ignoring my emails.

I've shopped with these people for a long time, so it's very sad that it's had to come to this.

First time customer with Collekt and I've got to say I was really impressed. Items ordered were at a great price, better than I'd seen anywhere else. They were processed quickly and arrived as described and well packed.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Collekt and look forward to buying from them again.

Only 2 starts as I did used to love this company a lot the past 2 years, started off really good would recommended them for packaging and exclusives now lately it’s gone down hill I personally think, delivery takes a lot longer (idm with stock issues and customs) but when being told different excuses to why it’s not being delivered when item is now in stock on site is a bit of a joke! Customer service has gone a bit dissapointing, takes time for a reply don’t really help or answer any questions! Waiting for orders placed last year for pops that can be aqquired from other places! They used to use Royal Mail and update you with a tracking number now I’ve received deliveries for yodel which have arrived damaged! Not sure if I would recommend them now due to personal experiences! Just disappointed! Collekt then reported my review to say I was not a genuine buyer but proof was supplied to trust pilot! Shows the lengths this company goes to to stop bad reviews
