Waited OVER a week for order, which is in stock, to be dispatched and sent 2 emails. STILL NO DISPATCH despite being told it was being sent !!!!

Collekt are great in terms of response times to any questions I had. They posted my Buffy pop out quickly and it arrived safe and sound. Very happy :)

What can I say? Apart from them getting back to me with any questions quickly, getting to know me as a collector for a mystery box they did for me, sending out the product quickly and safely, not once having a damaged item, always having some amazing stock and a great newsletter, they are a great company!!

Have had a number of pops now from collekt and all have arrived to me in perfect condition. The packaging is second to none. The selection they have is great and priced very fairly, and add to that the very generous reward scheme I think collekt are a perfect place to go if your after funko products

Great place to get your US exclusive Funko Items. Especially that I can get the US subscription Boxes such as Legion of Collectors and Smugglers Bounty which would be impossible otherwise. I do admit it does take time for stock to be in but that is down to the discretion of Funko and allocation of stock to retailers. Shipping is extra speedy since the recent Waterhouse / Office move. They also do find stock for their customers which I think is amazing. So overall a great company for all your Funko and nerdy needs

Great range of funko with US stickers, fast and reliable shipping. The staff are friendly and will reply to you quickly if you have a question. Pops are well packaged so not to arrived damaged! Must use for any collector!

Takes forever to receive items if they ever do show up! Customer service team is a joke and I’m still waiting on products I ordered 10 months ago and don’t get any reply from customer service when I chase them up!

Best place by far for pop vinyl...
Sourced alot of my harder to find pop vinyl from collekt. Always an easy purchasing process and product dispatched and received quickly. Only had a delay on one item which was due to warehoyse change the admin staff where helpful and always kept me in the loop with what was happening.

Can not fault Collekt at all, first order with them I had a problem with a damaged Pop. They quickly sorted it out for me and received L with Cake again in perfect condition. Since my first order Iv bought a fair few items from them as they seem to get harder to find Pops, especially American exclusives. Customers service has always been great for me, answering questions or issues I have.

Definitely recommend them to any collector, friends have ordered from them aswell and have always been happy when receiving goods.
